Very happy with new appliances and the installation

What is the point of having free installation, if they don't install in apartments? Beats the point of paying extra. The Bestbuy personnel didn't even balance the washing machine, I had to do it myself, bad customer service.

The delivery service team was clean, prompt to the expected time and quick to remove my old washer and install my new machine. So quick that they hooked hot to cold and cold to hot without knowing it. This was quickly remedied, but could have been a problem for someone without a set of tools.

HI, I purchased a Samsung Front Load Washer and Dryer on Nov. 20th, 2020. It was delivered and installed on Dec. 21st, 2020. I was very disappointed in the 2 gentlemen that installed my washer and dryer set. They did a great job in attaching the pedestals and setting in place; however they did not do ONE VERY IMPORTANT thing. After they left I did a load of laundry (2 items). The washer on spin cycle started vibrating so bad that it traveled out to the middle of the laundry room and unplugged. After moving everything, replugging it back in, pushing it back, I tried again. Same thing happened. Called Tom (my salesperson) at the Eden Prairie store told him about it. He scheduled for a service. They came out, did nothing at all. Called the EP store again, they rescheduled another service trip. I was home and of course nothing happened. They couldn't fix something that didn't happen. After they left I tried another load of laundry and the same thing happened on spin cycle. This time I took a video of it. I showed this video to my work boss (a home builder); he sent the video to our appliance supplier and he knew instantly what the problem was. My work boss came out to my house and took care of the problem that should have been taken care of my Best Buy service people. The installers NEVER REMOVED THE PACKING BOLTS FROM THE WASHER. The first time I ever purchase a major appliance from Best Buy and the installers screwed up. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! You have the option to upload 6 photos, but I have a video.
