The third party that came out to install the washer were very courteous and knowledgeable. The washer was hooked up but informed us that the company ordered the wrong stackable kit. They contacted the customer service center that called us immediately. The problem was resolved and they returned 5 days later to complete the install.

The absolute best part of our purchase of the Amana washer and dryer from Best Buy was the delivery and installation! Our two guys had the washer and dryer off the truck, in our house and perfectly installed is less than 30 minutes! The man who did the actual installation showed us all the features, controls, cycles, connections, hook-ups, etc. of both the washer and dryer and answered all our questions. I highly recommend the Best Buy delivery and installation AND Best Buy!

This came with out home delivery and was worth every penny. Quick, fast, and great communication with hooking up our washing machine. Installer showed us how to use it and ran a test cycle before leaving. Worth it!

They were quick and fast! The customer service was amazing. They were in and out so quickly you’d never even know. They were very polite as well!

Installers did a very good job. First time out there was an issue with our plumbing and they explained what needed to be fixed. They returned on time and completed the installation quickly and effectively.

The technicians were really good installing the machine. They started the machine, explained how it worked, and checked for leaks before they left. I just wish they had realized before they took off that the machine was broken. The techs were really helpful in helping me get it replaced. And were super nice when they came back a week later. The second one worked.

Installed in new construction home - Delivery/ installation experience was excellent. Will update after Washer is used for some time. The reason for 4stars on experience is not being able to contact store directly- Call the store and always redirected to a call center

2 guys arrived to install washer & dryer. Both items needed to be attached to pedestals. They unpacked the 4 items, assembled and installed appliances without any issues.

Very fast and effective installation. Took less than 15 minutes. Men were very knowledgable about what they were doing.

The techs did a great job installing both the washer and dryer. They stacked them where we needed them and made all of the connections including one for steam. They took good care and avoided damaging anything in the house.

Install was excellent—but like I said in previous review on dryer install— they had to reschedule install because when they arrived—one of my water connections was inadequate—so I had to call a plumber to come out and repair—then call back after it was repaired and reschedule the install for both. I haters they wait but glad it was done right.

These men were pure gentlemen!!! Great customer service. They uninstalled the old set! Easy installation on the new set. They showed me what they did with each step. Helped me practice with the washing machine and dryer. Gave me great tips. They cleaned their area when they were done. Called ahead. Kudos to this delivery team. A+ Plus service all around!!!!

Everything was good, the Washer and Dryer Machine was hook-up fast and perfect.

The installers arrived at the time specified and did contact us in advance of the appointment. Technicians made quick work to disconnect and relocate our old washer and get the new one in place and running. Our W/D hookup is in the garage, so there was no worry about tracking inside the house to handle installation. When everything was set up, they took time to explain some of the pointers to help avoid mildew and general care as this was our first front load washer. Only complaint was that we bought a wifi enabled machine and they did not know or assist with any of the installation or setup to make that work. We recently had a new HVAC system installed, and their techs helped with all of that, and I guess they spoiled me. All in all, really glad that I opted to have the pros do the installation. Saved me a lot of time and soreness, I've heard that our washer is quite a bear to move, and it was definitely larger than our old unit.
