Purchased this particular dryer largely in part to the fact that the door can be reversed. Unfortunately the crew was unable to install it the proper way.

They keep cancelling my installation appointment with no notice or explanation. I spent a total of hours on hold or on the phone with customer support. Customer support was fine, but this third party that handles install is the worst. They cancel without any notice on the day of the installation. I ask to have install done on the same day as delivery, and then they cancel it. When the issue was escalated to the install team, they never called me back. I had to go into the store and the appointment got pushed back to weeks later even though the cancelled it on me for now reason. I have had my install cancelled and pushed back now 4 times. If they actually fulfill my install this upcoming appointment, it will have been 6 weeks after the date of my original appointment. Buyer beware. Never pay for this service. Just buy the item from Home Depot or Lowes instead

Its my second set of LG washers and Dryers. 1st set was the LG 3700, I upgraded to this model for my new home. However upon delivery my items were scratched and dented. One guy attempted to sand paper one area and made it worst. I just moved into my new house with scratch up items. Home depot has the same item and I would have been able to use my military discount and get 10% off. I read online that best buy offered the discount but upon asking they said NO. I went to the store and inquired and the manager said absolutely not and he will not issue it and if home depot wishes to offer I should return the items and shop there instead. wow.

The installers did a great job being careful within a small laundry room.

Guys came and set up machine. Hooked up hoses. We're professionals. What you want from a delivery and install.
