the delivery was smooth, however, when it was time to install, the guys saw the faucet wet when they took off the hose. they said it was dripping and needs to be fixed. they wouldn't install the washer until the faucet is fixed. i called our plumber and he said there is no drip or any kind of leak. it's wet because they took the hose off and it's natural that the mouth of the faucet is wet. he said those guys are just stupid.

When the installers ran the initial cycle they left the manual inside the machine... huge mess and who knows what other issues we will have. My wife had to clean up shredded wet manual papers stuck to washing machine inside... brand new and already messed up. And this was our replacement for that wonderful Samsung washer that was recalled. When my wife called customer service to let them know about what had happened, they responded with "oh that is okay, you can just download the manual online and have that for future reference". Yeah, no way.. That wasn't the reason for the call Best Buy... We shouldn't have to mess with cleaning out our brand new washer because the clowns sent to install threw the manual into the drum, ran the washer, and left us with the mess... Very dissapointing..

The guys were punctual with delivery and made sure we knew what they were doing and explained everything to us.

Really liked how quick it was done, they installed, carried away the old one, and showed me how to use it.

Installation of washer was an absolute nightmare. Crew showed up with no tools, asked to use ours. They were in a terrible rush as they told me they had 25 washers to install in 4 hours. Proceeded to unhook the water connections and allow water to drain into cabinetry and onto floor instead of using buckets provided. Water leaked through cabinetry and into adjoining room. Proceeded to haul away old washer with pedestal attached, which was supposed to be attached to new washer. Told us we need to remove pedestal ourselves as they wouldn't do that. After we scrambled and got the pedestal removed, they attempted to install the washer onto pedestal, but were roughly rocking new washer back and forth trying to get spacers in place, breaking off the alignment pins in the process. Asked team to leave and decided to try luck with reschedule. Team left washer connected and plugged in atop pedestal unsecured and took my tool with them. Called customer service, another nightmare. They were very apologetic, but completely unhelpful. They told me they can only use the same FGO logistics third-party delivery company that attempted my first installation. So I have them come back to secure the washer to the pedestal. This appointment was ok. After they left I started using the new washer to find they hooked up the hot to cold and the cold to hot. Had to have a third appointment to fix this issue. Calling customer service was useless. They have told me twice over the phone they would send a property damage claim for my water damage within 24 to 48 hours, I have received nothing. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. I have bought appliances from Best Buy before , I never will again and I don't recommend anyone else risks going through this.

Quick and easy setup, great professional team of guys.

Paid for an installation of my washer. They arrived and 5 minutes later, they refused to install it. Said something about the water shut off being off to the side rather than right behind the washer. I knew that, and had the salesperson told that would be an issue, I wouldn't have paid for Best Buy to install it. They then refused to even bring the washer inside my house and dumped it in the garage. Then I had to spend hours and hours and hours on the phone with customer service. Took me forever to get a refund.

LG Wash Tower with gas dryer was supposed to be installed on 7/12 and when the installers from Minnesota Plumbing and Appliance came they told us it could not be installed since we had propane. We had previously purchased the LP converter from BestBuy and had it at the house. The did not install the Wash Tower. We contacted BestBuy through Geek Squad and after multiple calls and no follow up when waiting in the Queue. The same installers returned 7/16 and again said it could not be installed. We told them the LG website said it was compatible with LG using the converter. They partially installed it and dented the entire front of the appliance. The tubing to the gas hook up is kinked 180 degrees and the vent for the dryer keeps falling off. We again contacted Best Buy regarding this and after many attempts via GeekSquad were told they would replace the appliance, and have the temporary damaged one serviced on 7/27. We also purchased the appliance for 2800 and by the time it was installed on 7/16 the price was 2000. We called 7/19 for credit and were told it would be credited in 2 days. (Did not happen) On 7/27 waited from 7-1 for repair and of course no show. Called Best Buy Geek Squad and was told the original order did not include this. Called again on 7/28 and was told the order had been completed on 7/27 and would call back. No call back. No refund for price matching. On 7/29 went to Best Buy in Oakdale and spoke to live people. They stated their installers were not best buy (but hired by Best Buy) and would call back today to let us know if they will service the unit on 7/30. Not holding my breath. This is the worst service and time wasted. Calling Geek Squad is ridiculous due to the hang ups and no follow up calls. Best Buy doesn't deserve 1 star for this service. We were going to use Best Buy for a home theater but with service like this no way in ...
