Just was shocked because it’s marked everywhere not to do it

Electric Washer Installation

They were late, they didn't call before they came, and they left debris in my driveway including screws and pieces of metal so I wasn't very happy about that.

They came into my home which is a brand new build. They told me to call a plumber because they couldn’t figure out how to hook up the washer. I called a plumber who then laughed at the joke of an attempt of an install and installed the washer. They dented and scratched the new dryer as well. I called customer service and got the run around and was told I receive compensation for the trouble. I have received nothing almost a month later. Save yourself the headache.
