    Usually have good luck with LG products, washer made a very loud grating sound while agitating, have to replace it. Two stars because hopefully it was a fluke.

    My installers had partially installed my washer and when they were contacted back to redo the job they stated they were going to return the next day and never came back. Took weeks to finally get best buy to come back and exchange product.
