Usually good service but this time they messed up!

Minus 3 stars (at least!) because I later found out that the installers had mismatched the tubes connecting the washer to the water lines. They had attached the cold water to the hot water tube and the hot water to the cold water tube! At the end of running the cold wash, I’d open the door and steam would come out! This eventually caused problems with the washer and we had to get the help of an LG repair employee who saved the day (shout out to LG!). Best Buy has a fast service which is great but sometimes they are too rushed and their mistakes can cause serious issues!!
