OMG what a story I have to say let me start off by saying I am a C4 quadriplegic just to give everyone my perspective on the situation. So here I go I’ve had the most awful experience with purchasing my washer through Best Buy from when I wanted the color changed Straight up to the deliveries date having to be changed I went about 2 1/2 months without a washer for Best Buy installer to only well install the washer with the hot water going to the cold in the cold water going to the hot now back to me being disabled for one cannot get behind the machine to have noticed This mistake and just recently has the machine sent in error message. These machines must be really good quality because they can surely take a beating to the electronics, especially if hot water is going into the cold sensor. All I had to say to Best Buy is doing a better job and send somebody who knows how to install the hook ups properly.

They showed up on time and were very friendly. Also explained the functionality of the appliances

This is a great installation and I would highly recommend it.

The first crew that came out from Best Buy did a horrible job. They just put the washer and dryer inside, but they did not level it. Assuming they would have done so, I ran the machines without checking. They shook so much, the washer moved to a point where I could not open the door. It even made scratches on my walls in the laundry closet. I called Best Buy and they sent a second crew to remedy it. They were friendly to work with and did a good job. I would rate the original team a one-star. I would rate the second team of five star. But I really should never have had to call the second team to begin with.

They came in took out the old and in with the new. Set it all up with no issues. Thanks best buy!!

Delivery was a little late but the installers were great and very nice

We purchased this washer in December of 2016. After 2 weeks we started having problems with the washer resetting and starting the wash cycle over. The Geek squad came out 7 times for repairs (new inverter , new control board, new door switch, another control board, a circuit board in back and a new door gasket). At the last repair the technician offered to junk the unit as non repairable and offered an exchange for a new unit. We replaced with same because we like the features and have had no problems so far. We've had this unit 2 months now and incident free. 5 star for Best Buy 1 star for original product

Good washer. Never buy from Best Buy, you won't get service if anything goes wrong with the delivery.

Washing machine louder than expected but adequate for needs.

Installation guys were great liked the haul off of the old one.
