    Washer and dryer location is on second floor. The delivery guys handled no problem and cause no damage.

    The installers phoned ahead, were on time, got the machine installed in a tight space, and left without a mess or damage. Would have been better if they had run quickly through fill, agitate, drain and spin tests before leaving. That might have saved a call back.

    Geek Squad was fantastic through the whole installation. Best Buy, however, was not. Getting the installation scheduled was like trying to wrangle a rabid chicken. They lost pieces of our Black Friday deal order like 5 times and made us reschedule thrice.
