Amazing service! Will definitely consider future installs

So they first had a damaged washer so I was without a washer for a full week because we had already moved the old ones upstairs to the garage! They didn't offer anything to make the situation better! It was very frustrating! Not a fan of the delivery people! I paid a lot of money for the washer and I didn't even get it in a timely manner! We had already waited a week from when we bought the machines then had to wait longer!

Best buy was supposed to call after 230 yesterday to make.sure i could make appointment as i could not know scedule they didnt bother they dont care if you miss work or lose money only that they get paid. Problem is it may not be service men who failed me.it was likely an office help

Installers arrived on time but they did not bring new faucets which they claimed were required. With advanced notice the faucets could have been purchased and been on hand. Instead there was a four day delay in the installation of our washer.

the most unprofessional installation of appliances. - they first arrived without... the tools and could not unplug my old appliances - they promised to buy "the tool" at the store and return back in 10 minutes but after 3 hours of me waiting and escalating they were able to come back. with the tools. - meanwhile, for all the time that they were not picking up my phone, they blocked an entrance to my bedroom with the old appliances. I'm serious i was not able to get into my bedroom for all this time. - when they finally took my old appliances and brought new ones, they realized that...they don't know how to plug them in. They asked me why i've ordered that kit for installation (i did not, it was part of the box). - when i asked them to return everything back (it was late evening by that time), they were able to figure things out. although my trust level in the quality of the installation is 0%. - they left, they did not clean. they left dirt, bolts, and hoses from the old appliances at my place. Best buy, wft? this morning home depot was installing the dishwasher and it took them just 1 hour. they were professional and cleaned after themselves.
