Was never delivered. While wasting a vacation day to be present for delivery and confirming the day before and also the morning of. During the final hour of the time window I called to confirm tlagain they had correct address and were coming and was then told they were not and wouldnt he able to deliver for 2 more weeks and wouldnt install until 4 weeks after that. Cancelled and went to Hone Depot who successfully delivered, intalled, and removed old appliance 4 days later. Wont make mistake of ordering appliances via BestBuy anytime soon again.

It’s not the Best Buy, but the people geek squad hires is really bad. They should interview them properly before sending them to a custome. As some are super rude, don’t know what they are doing, and some are kids. So please be careful here

The best buy install team were friendly fast and took care of business.

The installation crew who came first time to my house give an excuse for not installing stating the water connection line to the washer is rusted and I need to call the plumber to take care of it. I had to call the plumber and spent $150 to take care of this job. Plumber told me that the installer who came to install the washer being lazy to unhook the line that has calcium sediment and gave an excuse that the pipe is rusted. Therefore I was not with the installers who came first time to my home and did not spend more than a few minutes and left without installing the washer and unnecessarily compelled me to call a plumber to unhook the washer water line.

Does the job right. Decent value for money. We got rid of samsung whch ran for abt 6 years and then died. Certainly better than Samsung
