My washing machine installation was as easy as can be. I received emails prior to the date of install and a text on the day, letting me know they were only a few minutes away. They came well within the 4 hour window and there was no problem with the installation. Also, they followed Covid protocols and took numerous pictures to document proper installation.

The two gentlemen who came to install my dehumidifier did an excellent job - I had tried to handle it myself but could not make the internal pump connection work. They figured it out and got it going in short order. Thinking it would be helpful, they did cut the hose longer than I wanted; should have checked with me first.

The guys were timely, came in and were thorough in identifying a dent on the washer (which Best Buy compensated me for since it was the second machine that came in - the first had a big dent in the front). They did a quick and solid job on the install and were very courteous the whole time. They made it feel like they were on my side. This was just over 3 months ago and so far my machine has been working great with no issues.

The people that installed did a great job at getting the old machine out and installing the new one. No complaints on the service provided on the machine being installed.

The delivery took place on the specified date within the given time window. A team of 3 arrived to deliver and hook up the machine they were all friendly and worked well together they checked each other to ensure that the job was done right. They did foget to check it with a level but did so once reminded. I would use them without hesitation in the future.

I couldn't believe how quickly the washer got installed and the old one hauled off! (I can't remember the technician's name, or I would provide it; he was great.) Service personnel were friendly but didn't waste any time chit-chatting (although they did patiently let me practice my Spanish on them ... ) I would recommend this service to anyone.

Installation was quick. Washer was turned on and all lines were checked for leakages. Installer cleared up all packaging from my washroom area. Impressive.

Very professional, courteous, and COVID conscience. I was especially impressed with how SAFELY the (2) man troop carefully brought in such a heavy equipment. They made it look like child's play. The (2) men very carefully traversed the home to the set up site, installed quickly, explained the features, and hauled away the old one in a very swift, efficient manner.

Overall the delivery and install went very well. The driver/installer had the correct tools for the job and got my old broken machine out and this new one in very quickly. Everything went really well with no damage or issues.

The guys came in. Unhooked old washer. They did have to remove the door to get the machine thru. I cleaned up the floor under the washer & they came in and hooked up the new machine. Reconnected the door & off they were. Took all of 15 minutes
