I’ve always been pleased with the installation services provided by Best Buy

The entire purchase had problems. 1. Couldn't Install. 2. Due to no installation many items I paid for not occur. Went to the store to get return/credit/refund. Person could not figure out how to give be return/credit/refund. Said he had to go to another system for details of which he did not have access to system. He finally figured it out and gave me credit. On my account/statement, return/credit/refund does not show up. Had to call cust service for return but had to deal with several people who did not have access to the details to give be refund. There is a claim in for refund but now i have to wait 5-10 bus days to get a letter on status. Also, week after delivery of my mom's washer & dryer, i had another visit from installers. I HAD NOT SCHEDULED ANOTHER INSTALLATION DATE. They called me a half hour before they were to arrive and i told them not to come. They still arrived causing chaos in my mom's house with the dog and interrupting several people working form home. It actually felt rather invasive! This should not be that complicated!!! I've always used Best Buy for large appliance purchases, but this is the 2nd purchase I have had terrible experience with installers and lack of connection between Best Buy and third party installers. I think i will probably use Lowes or Home Depot next time.

These guys did exactly as promised. More or less considerate/ timely/ professional.

Installers were courteous and quick. Both pedestals arrived damaged from being in the truck, and took me three more trips back to the store to complete my order. Install team was not prepared to install another water line for the dryer steam option, had to go to the hardware store myself. Flexible dryer vent in Best Buy's install kit was not long enough to reach, had to return Best Buy's and re-use my old one. Both appliances were working when the installers left, but there was still work to be completed, that they could not have done.

The installation was pretty rough. I had to wait three weeks for delivery even though i bought a floor model. The installer was supposed to give me a call before coming, didn't and then showed up late at a very inconvient time. No paperwork was left and they took the hoses that I was supposed to return( for a refund) but didn't leave any kind of receipt. They didn't plug the machine in to try it out because they said the cord was too short. I shoved the machine over about 6 inches and was able to plug it in. The whole installation and delivery was not pleasant.
