The team was quick and courteous. I do wish they had leveled the machine before leaving, but the unit is not too heavy so I was able to do it myself.

When I bought my washing machine, I chose wisely when I asked for the installation service package. They did a fantastic job.

Overall, the installation was good and my washer runs fine. I very politely mentioned to the delivery guy he could drive all the down the driveway, so he would be closer to the back door. I didnt want the washer jostling on the dolly a long way(I didnt mention that to him). He said this wasnt his first rodeo and he could get it in there just fine. I didnt say anything else. He notified me when he was done which was super quick. I appreciated the efficiency, but he said he ran a cycle and I don't see how that was even possible. It's not a huge deal, but after he left, I noticed gouged plier marks stripped across the hose attachments. I guess that would explain his experience of not being his first rodeo.

I have had 2 major appliances installed by Best Buy. I was unsure at first. They have a guarantee. The installers were nice and respectful to me and my home, even my dogs. They are professional, timely and ensure the product works entirely before they leave. I was impressed with their service and would recommend installation services from Best Buy. I'm very happy with products, services and extended warranties from Best Buy.

The installers were on time, courteous, efficient, and friendly. One of the installers gave a brief tutorial when he checked to be sure it worked.

Washer & dryer initially arrived as scheduled 9/13/20 but was not able to install as incorrect pedestal provided...Best Buy issue. BB site indicated pedestal as an item “others also purchased” and BB confirmed at purchase. Per Samsung pedestal not functional for models purchased. Washer and dryer stored in my garage for 2 weeks before installers could return. I had paid to have an individual to remove “above” cabinet prior to initial installation of stacking w/d to accommodate pedestal. Delivery/installing people did a very good job with installing units. I then paid someone to replace the upper cabinet. It was a stressful situation as this took place during the pandemic and I am very cautious with not having strangers in my home due to an at risk situation.

The two Best Buy employees installed my new Maytag clothes swasher. The job was done very professionally . The Maytag was run through one washer to determine if any leaks or problems.

Installation team were true pros! Provided Top Notch service and were even able to use my old set of aluminum hoses and I was able to return the new ones to the store for credit.

The technician removed the old units and installed the new washer and dryer. The technician took the time to go over the operation of both the washer and dryer with my mother. The did a great job

Fast and very professional install. They arrived on time and completed the install and also asked questions before install. I would highly recommend paying the extra cash for the hassle free install.

The installation team got the washer and dryer up the stairs without damaging the walls or equipment, which is obviously a very important aspect of this review. The next important part is the installation was done correctly. There haven't been any problems after a couple weeks of using the washer and dryer. The team got backed up and arrived late, but that's not really installation but the outsource company does have to work on this aspect of the service. Great job!

They did the work in few minutes i would say. Expert installation and service .very happy with the service.

I've used the washer several times since the delivery, is very quiet, clothes come out very clean, easy to use. I'm wondering what the negative reviews were about the lid for, it functions well and have no negative comments about it. Price was good and the washer is well worth the price.

I hate when you have a delivery appointment and you wait half the day for your delivery to get to you. The Best Buy deliver guys gave me a 2 hour window, but then called back later to give me an approximate time. They ended up being 5 minutes early. They moved a washer up 2 flights and did not nick my walls or hardwoods once. They were in and out in record time, and my machine has worked flawlessly since being installed.

Was a little disappointed they couldn't get the old rubber hose off the spigot, but I guess it was corroded on there, so not their fault. They didn't want to risk damaging it. So I'll try a few things to get it off, since I'd rather have the new metal hoses I bought hooked up. Otherwise everything with the install went well.
