The gentleman who delivered and installed the washing machine was very nice. I asked him if he could show me something s on the washer. Looking at this item I didn't know what it was

Too rushed and incomplete

Washer was not leveled properly or installed with the shipping packaging fully removed. I also did not receive the hose kit that is required to purchase to get the installation.

I didn't like the four hour time frame I was given, especially when they show up at the end of the 4 hour time frame. I was told we would get a 2 hour time frame the day before installation but that didn't happen.
