Installation was great. Fast and no worries. They came in and went right to work.

Guys arrived after call and jumped right on the delivery. Very professional and knowledgeable about their job. Explained everything and answered all questions. Only thing I didn’t care for was only received one call just before they arrived.

Yonatan and Oneal were fantastic! They called before they got here and again when they arrived. They got done in record time and left without a trace of them being here other than the new washer in the stack running the calibration cycle. They were able to use the stacking kit from our previous set so I have a stacking kit to return.

The gentlemen that installed my washer were excellent and extremely courteous. It was very important for me to follow up after them to make sure that my water supply lines were appropriately opened.

I live in a HOA community where has security gates and limited hours for commercial truck access. Bestbuy installation schedules are 7 am to 1 pm or 12 pm to 6 pm. My HOA only allow commercial trucks in between 8 am and 4 pm. After several trials, the trucks either came before 7:30 am or after 4:30 pm, the security did not allow them to come in. I have notified the Bestbuy's operators every appointment that I rescheduled to ensure that the technicians aware the situation. I believe the fifth times the technicians finally made it, the installation team was great, they are very professional and skillful. The reason I gave a 3-star was because it took almost 2 months to have my washer and dryer installed since purchased.

thus crew was considerate of my time. They were narrowing the timeframe of arrival unit confirming 15 min prior . They did a great job, first making sure the space they had to move the appliances without disrupting anything. Everything was properly installed and running smoothly. I only had t show them where the appliance needed to be and they took my old and left everything in prefect condition.Very happy with their service

I ordered the washer and dryer at 8pm and they delivered the next morning EARLY at 9am! Every other store I check estimated 2-4 week delivery window. That’s a lifetime to wait when your washer is not working and you’re desperate. The install was so quick, they were done less than an hour. Thanks Best Buy!!

They moved my old washer out of the way and installed the new one in just a few minutes. Great job.
