I had a terrible experience and will not use Best Buy again. The people who "installed" the washer came to my house twice. The first time, they brought the washer into my garage, but realized I did not disassemble the old washer properly. Then, when they came back a week later, they discovered the new washer would not fit through the laundry room door. They removed my old washer and left it on the curb. I paid for the washer to be REMOVED from the house and taken away by their truck, but they lied to my roommate and told her the trash people would pick it up (which does not happen in my city). I finally installed the washer myself and did not need to take the door or doorframe apart. Overall, I will never NEVER use Best Buy again and will avoid shopping there all together.

The delivery crew was wonderful. Quickly set up the washer without any problem.

Don't care for the washer. The Best Buy delivery was the worst ever. They didn't remove the blue protective clear plastic and they have the hot and cold reversed.. I need to call them. I just discovered that last night.

So the service reps came over and broke the gas dryer hookup and then installed the washer, which looked good at first ok but when we tried to wash as load it water would not fill the washer? long story short after trouble shooting I found that the cold water was only half way open and the hot was shut off. So another hour of my life gone. Have a real service tech install your Washer/Dryer these guys are useless.
