Quick and EZ, but ran late

goes off balance easy

It has weird noise cycles from most washers. very very easy to go off balance on spin cycle. I have been using washers since the 50's and this is one of the most difficult to get used to. The installer did not install correct and we had to get another, then the new installer found that the first one did not correctly install the hoses. With two hoses, how is it incorrect to install??. In time we may get used to this but you need to be near when it starts any spin cycle. I do not like this one.

Washing Machine Installation

One of the "pitched" items was that BB did their own maintenance work. Well, I guess that didn't include installation and setup. The truck was about 2 to 3 hours late. The guys were contracted from another company. They showed up in a UHaul. They didn't use all the "new" equipment I was required to purchase. You could tell they were in a hurry. My washer was scratched. They required a cycle to be done, but you could tell he wasn't sure how to actually use the equipment. I was able to get everything to work, so all is good now.
