GeekSquad team members were professional, efficient, and very friendly! The whole installation process of my LG Washer was completed in less than 30 minutes. They were very informative about any and possible problems along the way, and helped explain some of the things about our new unit. Overall, could not have been more pleased with my service!

The team who came to install our washer and dryer were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. There were several confusing aspects to our install including incorrect information from the delivery team and the install team was able to fix them all and got our new appliances up and running quickly!

My wife and I purchased a Topload Samsung washer in July and after about a week of using it we realized that it wasn't working for us. So we went back to Best Buy and bought The newest Front Load. Since we were doing a refund with a new purchase Best Buy was able to pick up the old washer and delivery and install the new one. This was an extremely smooth exchange transaction and installation. The installation technicians were in and out.

I originally bought this machine in February but when it was delivered it did not work right. It was exchanged for a new one 3 weeks later. I loved how professional the 2nd installers were, they even fixed mistakes the first installers made. I’m very pleased with my installation and with my washer!

The Best Buy employees that installed my washer were great. They had to go up a flight of stairs and into small hallway which they made it look easy.

Absolutely love the washer and dryer, very easy to use, quiet and a beautiful color! Only nitpick is that when the load finishes it plays what feels like a 3 minute long song to tell you it’s done. It’s a little concerning to hear the music in the middle of the night or a nap. Nonetheless, it works I’m not a Karen.

The two guys came right on time. They were very well organized and very clean. The washer came in with no dents or scratches very professional.

When these guys arrived they were very professional and effecient.. They listened to our concerns and nuances about our laundry room and then executed our concerns as requested. Furthermore, they even moved our older washer and dryer for us into the garage where they would be later sold. Lastly, they called both my wife and I to ensure we would be home and their demeanor was very cordial showing they enjoyed the job they do!

The men that came out and installed my washer were very professional. They were knowledgeable and had my washer installed in just a few minutes. I'm completely satisfied with the service that I received and would recommend this service to everyone.

This was a replacement washer because the first one that we purchased in February the bearings were bad and was very loud. This one the bearings are good and it is quiet.

I had an issue with corroded faucets for my washer. They told me they could not install the machine until they were fixed. Then they told me what I needed to get and how I could fix it myself. They offered to leave my new washer in a convenient spot or take it with them and deliver it after the faucets were fixed. When they came back, it went quickly. They ensured everything was working and picked up after themselves.
