When the washer was delivered with pedestal, the installers refused to put in because they said it was too tall for the space. We had carefully measured to ensure it would fit, but they insisted it would not. After a week and several phone conversations with management, they came back out and installed the unit. It fit perfectly with inches to spare. Was disappointed with the brush off upon delivery, but in the end, it all worked out well.

I was told that I was going to have them come from noon and 8 PM. They text to say they were finished early at the previous stop and would be there at 11:00AM. This would be great, however, I was closing on my house and wasn't home until noon. If I wanted my washer and dryer before they rescheduled me for two-weeks out then I had to have them drop my appliances off in the driveway and install them myself. Wasn't pleased at all. I'd recommend the washer and dryer, but the service was subpar.

every install is different when replacing old machines. the company does not give the installers all the extra parts etc. that they might need in an unusual situation.

The installers were polite yet rushed the job, said it was on demo mode, ran out the door and left packing material blowing into neighbors yards, which I had to clean up.

Zero stars wasn't an option so one star it is! My order from Best Buy, almost from the time I walked into the store in Liberty, MO, was not a great experience. I tried to email a customer service department at corporate but that doesn't seem to be an option so I will just publicly post a review. Here is a copy of the email I sent to the Liberty store WHILE I WAS ON A LONG HOLD TIME! I purchased a stackable washer and dryer from this location on 12/29/2020. I should add I waited over TWENTY minutes in the appliance department and no one ever came to help. I had to walk back up front and ask for help to make a $2000 purchase. The young man who helped me set up delivery for Saturday, January 09th. Saturday came and went. NO DELIVERY. I checked online and it showed delivery for FEB 09. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! I changed to the first available date which is the 18th! I tried calling the store to talk to a manager. As of right this second I have been on hold TWENTY-EIGHT MINUTES AND FORTY-EIGHT SECONDS. I started this email at the 25 minute mark. At this point I would like to speak with whoever can refund this purchase and I will take my $2000 to a business that can get delivery dates correct and not two months out. And, to a business that doesn't leave someone on hold for, as of right now THIRTY MINUTES AND FORTY-FIVE SECONDS. Oh, someone just picked up and TRANSFERRED ME AGAIN!!!! SB
