The installation is very fast and complete, very professional.

They were on time, polite and efficient. They obviously knew what they were doing and did it quickly but well. Very clean and tidy with their work. Their smiles were a bonus you don't always get!

Called me and showed up on time. Removed old washer/dryer and made it look easy (it was not). Installed new ones and had all working in less than one hour. These two guys were great. I wish I had gotten their names. On the order they were Crew ID: 2602 400C

The second team they sent out did an excellent job. The first was telling me they couldn’t install because my house was too old. Are the only house they work on built in 2000? The second guys set it all up no problems and had an amazing attitude while doing it. Wish I got them the fire time because the first team stressed me out.

They showed up on time, were clean, quick, and explained everything to my wife while she wrangled a toddler. They ran the machine and insured it worked before leaving. We had an issue with the water value causing the machine to always run hot water. They came out the next day and replaced it. Honestly before this purchase I hadn't considered buying appliances at Best Buy however it's on my radar going forward.

The two gentlemen that came to install our new washer and dryer were extremely professional, very courteous and quick. The came in to see where the items where to go and next thing I knew they were done. The went over the items with me and instructions. I was very impressed with this delivery, the two men and how quickly and efficiently they completed it.

The installers were great. They were prompt, fast, efficient, and friendly.

My MIL lives in the boonies ( no Amazon deliveries, cops don’t even show up). But Best Buy showed up on time and installed her washer very quickly. She’s very happy

I received excellent service during my in home installation of my washer. The Best Buy delivery/installers were prompt, professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant. They were careful during the removal of my old machine and installing the new one and then walked me through all the features of the new one. They also made sure the new one was properly working before leaving. I would definitely recommend Best Buy installation in the future.

We had our washer and dryer installed. The technician were great. They did the job with the utmost quality and workmanship in mind. Thank you Best We have had an Amanda for over 11 years now. Our first Amana washer and dryer each lasted over 11 years. This washer and dryer we just bought is even better. I will not have to buy another washer and dryer for at least another 11 years. Thank you Best Buy for the great price and hook up. Joe.

The guys who installed my washing machine and dryer were very nice and installed them mostly correct. They were not all that familiar with these machines so they weren't sure how to put all the pieces together in the detergent dispenser. They ended up just guessing and I fixed it later by referring to the manual. The installation went a little sloppy with nicks and dirty handprints on the walls, etc. And left wrapping material trash behind the washer instead of cleaning up after themselves and throwing it away. The one thing that really annoyed me was that they left all the wrapping materials on the ground outside to blow around the neighborhood!!! I pointed this out to them and they said they would get it on the way out (instead of going and getting it right away before it all blew away, which a lot of it did.) All that being said, they were nice and the machines are working great and it was free.

Two technicians delivered my washer by wearing a back brace and strapping the washer onto themselves and carried it into my house. They installed the washer within 15 minutes.

The guys got my washer and dryer upstairs and installed in less than 30 minutes. Great job.

I was super happy with the installation technicians that Best Buy sent to install my washing machine. They contacted me the day before and even changed my time of delivery up to the first delivery of the day which worked perfectly for me! Honestly I wasn't sure what I was going to get since I had never used any installation services from Best Buy but not only would I use them again, I'd recommend their services to others!

Horrible service & horrible appliances Washer will only run on HOT not sure if it is how they hooked it up. Detergent door leaks water. Steam feature won’t turn off. You can’t run just a quick cycle or spin and drain. The dryer button doesn’t work right. This is only 3 weeks after getting them. Install was awful they shake everywhere and again the water wasn’t hooked up right.
