Not What I Paid For

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not much went right with this service, except that the appliances were delivered which I could have just paid for without the installation and saved money. My scheduled appointment window was 12:00 - 6:00 pm so I scheduled my day to be available during those hours. I received a call from the driver at 8am saying that he was on his way meaning I now had to rearrange my day again to accommodate the early delivery and get back home since I had gone to work with the intent of leaving early. I arrived home just in time as the driver pulled up about 10 minutes after I did. He unloaded the washer and dryer and brought them out and started to unpack them until he realized that all of the parts necessary for installation had not been sent. He gave me a quick crash course on how to install everything and left. I had to return to the store to get the missing parts, one of which was not in stock so I ended up going to Home Depot next door to get it. Came back and installed my washer/dryer myself.

Good job once the right connection was put on

I ordered this unit in store (in the US shipped in the US) and was brought the device with an European cord. The installers could not switch out and a second delivery date had to be scheduled. I was told i had to go to best buy to have the problem fixed and get a new cord. I went to a store and picked up a new cord. When it arrived the second time, they had preinstalled the new cord. Which is frustrating since they did not due the first time. I now have to go return the other cord. They were very nice and left my home in good condition.

quick and not quite level
