They hooked it up and placed it exactly how I wanted it. Wasn’t impressed that it stated they made sure it worked before they left- they started machine & walked out the door- guess if it had issues I would call??? It also took 2 different appointments to get it installed due to the first person they came out looked at the unit & said it won’t fit n’ left. Very disappointed- won’t have them install anything ever again.

Delivery was handled very professional and efficient

The installers tried to steal the new hoses that we had to purchase, we realized during the installation that they had brought an old broken pair to install instead and to pocket the new ones. Otherwise fine installation, but untrustworthy service.

Wasn't happy with the installer, grumpy and on hurry, stripped my hose connector

We had Best Buy install our washer and dryer but the washer leaked a few months after it was installed. They did come back and fix the problem though for no added cost.

Delivery in San Antonio was adequate... guy couldn't disconnect old hose... didn't bring tools needed and then tried to keep new ones that we'd purchased. Love Best Buy but service is usually better

Professional and knowledgeable when installing our pedestal

They arrived exactly on time and acted in a professional manner. However, they did not attach the new washer to the old pedestal. I had researched it to make sure it would fit. I bought a Samsung washer the EXACT size of the old one and had a Samsung pedestal. They said it needed a different pedestal with a different connection mechanism. Wrong! The next weekend, without the lifting straps, my son and I uninstalled the new washer, moved it into the garage, attached the old pedestal, and moved it back in the house. They could have done that during initial installation.

I ordered the stainless steel hoses and because the rubber hoses were included and I was not home, they did not install the Stainless Steel ones, I had to call back and have them come out again and do it.
