Trouble with first install

Home delivery

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.At the end of the day I’m glad someone else installed but I had to connect the dryer vent as it wasn’t fully connected causing it to blow the exhaust from the dryer into the room. The techs weren’t sure about how the dryer plugged in since it was gas I guess that confused them being a regular plug. The pedestals threw them off completely. The washer is heavy and I’m glad they delivered which they did great just not sure of the install quality.
