Two delivery people arrived well within the window that was provided to me. They were both polite and got right to work. They were very careful carrying in the items. There were no dings in the wall or scratches on the wood floor from their delivery or removal. Both items were installed in under and hour, including stacking the dryer and installing a kit. After about 60 loads the installation shows no sign of concern. Would recommend to anyone.

yeah, the installers install your machines so you can do your clothes cleaning, they are fast and good

Delivery and installation were excellent! Took very little time. Guys were professional and gave me a crash course on operating the washer.

He was very nice and definitely knows what he's talking about. He explained everything. I recommend installs. I had the washer and my TV and he put the TV on the wall these guys are great and they really help and explain everything well. Seriously, what's to explain You're just very good

Everything went smooth and quickly. The attendant made sure to go over a quick run through of how to use the washer, what features, what contact information, etc.

Although they checked washer with a level. When it went into spin cycle it was loudly banging . It was not level. I was able to rock machine to the left without any effort. Apparently the floor wasn’t leveling the back. I had to adjust the leg on the side and it is fine now. It also took them a week to reschedule some to come back to fix it . So Itried it myself.

The installers hooked up the washing machine without any problems. Once they were finished, they took the time to go over the various features of the washer and answer any questions I might have. They didn't rush me and were very patient. This really helped when I sat down with the manual because I hand an overview of what the manual was talking about. Great job. Thank you installers and Best Buy.

A no brainer to use this service and as a member it is free. Fast efficient and could not be happier.

We just received our washer today and it looks beautiful! We owned a GE front-loader for 4 years (and the owners before us probably had it at least 5 years before that) and it was a solid workhorse. The only reason we got rid of it is because of the mold monster that eventually staked a claim inside the drum and everywhere else. Best Buy provided AMAZING customer service at every step!!! SO impressed. We bought a Samsung top-loader 5 cu ft the first time and it was so deep that it felt uncomfortable to reach into. They quickly arranged for an exchange for a front loader. When the delivery folks arrived with that washer, they explained that we hadn't accounted for the raised door and we wouldn't be able to close the laundry room door. They said we could do an exchange (again!) no problem. A couple phone calls later, we had this LG washer on its way. The delivery guys arrived right on time and installed it for us -- all in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend Best Buy and hoping that this LG lasts for many years.

The professional went above and beyond to make sure the washer was perfectly installed. Their customer service was A++++++++. I am truly grateful and thankful. I am forever grateful.

Best Buy appliances delivery policies in Puerto Rico are ridiculous and absurd. Best Buy delivery contractor would not remove my existing working cloth dryer on top of the washer to be replaced in order to install the new washer below the dryer, nor would the contractor disconnect the water hose from the old washer!!! I had to pay $85 to someone else to come and remove the dryer before Best Buy's delivery date, and have that other person come back again to install it over the new washer after Best Buy delivered the new washer. Just imagine taking your car to fix a flat tire to a tire shop and the repairman telling you that he will fix it, but you have to jack up the car and dismount and mount the tire! Would you go back to that tire shop again??? Very inconvenient to paying customers who work, to have to coordinate with 2 service companies and skip work for 3 service visits just to install a cloth washer!!! If the concern is that things may break, just charge a few more bucks to cover the risk and everyone is happy. Not buying appliances again from Best Buy while they have this very incinvenient delivery policy.
