Waiting on house to be done but know they will do great job

They did a great job. They were in and out quickly

Incredibly rude. Acted like asking them not to leave the washer and dryer in the middle of the laundry room was a massive inconvenience. And this was on the second delivery after the first one ended with them connecting the hose incorrectly and two inches of water on the floor of a newly built house finished literally one day prior. Not impressed.

I would be cautious on install, was not correctly leveled and had to do over myself. All depends on the installer. Be there to supervise.

June 18th I had a washer and Dryer delivered, including installation. The installers declined to hook up the vent because there was still a piece of flexible duct attached to the rigid ducting. When I got home from work I installed the vent and plugged it in. The installers had improperly installed the power cord and I got zapped by the charged dryer vent. I was able to figure it out and get it working. So we start a load of laundry, and find out the hard way that they had also improperly installed the drain tube from the washer. Now I have an inch of water on my laundry room floor. Imagine if the dryer vent was still charged. I went back to my Best Buy and told them this story, the manager said we would be contacted by the delivery people, and their insurance to cover damages from the flooding. It is now August 4th, yesterday I had a rude voicemail from the delivery manager saying she's "Not calling again". This was the first we heard from her, and that number does not appear as a missed call in my caller ID. The insurance people are just as bad, they call, they leave a phone #. When we call it we are told that the person assigned to our claim is on vacation for the rest of the week, The following week we get a nasty letter in the mail saying she has been trying to contact us by phone. Once we did manage to make contact, she asked for an itemized list of damages, which we did on 07/12/2018. There has been no contact since, She does not answer her phone or respond to email. I'm not sure what to do here, Returning a washer and Dryer is a huge hassle but I'm almost mad enough to do it at this point and take my business elsewhere.

As they say if all else falls read the instructions.

I love and hate it because they didn’t install it because my pipes are old and rusted and they didn’t want break anything. That good thing .

The installer showed me that my floor wasn’t level and I said can’t you untwist the little feet thingys on the bottom to level it? He said this washer didn’t have them and I would need to get a piece of wood to set it on to level it out. So we did that. When my husband got home he checked it out and discovered that there are in fact leveling feet on the bottom of the washer!
