The delivery team were careful with my new floors.

The installation team was courteous and professional, however they didn't leave the leveling too that was mfg supplied according to the manual. They also didn't use a level to level the washer as described in the manual. They also didn't plug the shipping bolt holes as described in the manual. They did give us braided steel water inlet hoses with the installation. We had planned to have an open-box pedestal installed at the same time, but it arrived with major dents and scratches that were not there at the time of purchase so we rejected it.

Maytag Washer did not come with Owners' Use and Care manual. The inside top lid, does not have any operating instructions printed inside the lid, The same model had the instructions printed on the inside lid and also, the machine on the store showroom has it printed. But, the one they delivered does not. This is a HE Model with a partial spindel for washing. Without the above, your knowledge on how to operate this machine is a guessing game.

The washer we bought new was an open box with no warranty docs, the washer was not properly balanced and shook. Called Best Buy service but they could not help until the delivery order is updated as complete. So will call back to return/replace this washer which is very loud. Maybe better installation next time around.

Took old washer, hooked up new. Cleanly done. Nice people.

Everything is perfect, except for scratched room's floor.

The prsona in charge of the installation, did not bother explaining anything about the washing machine or anything that had to do with the washing machine. He said it was working and they left.

Installed washer and dryer in. Rand new house. Refused to take shoes off telling us that "they don't do that". After declining to allow them to walk up carpeted stairs with shoes they found some shoe covers. Installed and forgot to pull a set pin in washer which ruined machine after running it. Delivered new washer and refused to move dryer out to when installing new unit so there was room. In process of moving out large gouges and scratches in brand new walls.
