Nice guys, they just called me early because they were ahead of schedule and expected me to be able to get off 3 hours before my time frame. When o returned their call they didn’t answer.

Delivery men hooked up the hoses incorrectly. They hooked the hot water to the cold water input on the machine. This meant the cold water input was hooked up to the hot water input on the machine. The wash was horrible - all permanent press items were wrinkled completely. Had to call Maytag to send a repairman who quickly figured out the issue and correct it. Machine had to be reset as well. Now the permanent press wash is fine.

the gentlemen that installed were very professional

I bought Samsung washer and dryer from bestbuy and everything was great until the day after they installed it. The washer’s LED display started flickering and none of the buttons were responsive not even the power button, had to disconnect the power to turn it off. Dryer was fine. You’re not allowed to try to return or exchange washer/dryer at your local store, instead I had to call some number to a foreign call center and after hours on the phone they said they would install new ones in two weeks. They took the defective washer and only dropped off new ones - no install. Install is explicitly shown on my receipt but the technician said they have special orders not to install it and he showed me on his work order - it was true. I called the foreign call center who directed me to geek squad and they said it was a mistake and now they’ll maybe call me back on Friday to schedule an install for possibly next week. This entire thing was a nightmare. I’m going over a month without a washer and dryer. Overall, the customer service is very punishing to you if you get a defective product. They also pushed for me to get a repair man to fix my new washer instead of exchanging it. They really don’t want you returning their defective product and designed it to be a headache to discourage you from doing so.

Old washer had a pedistal. The installers would not install new washer with pedistal. Pedistal and both washers are comparable. Not happy with them not installing pedistal with new washer.

They removed the foot stools from the washer leaving it unbalanced.

So, after numerous phone calls from Best Buy discussing safety behind COVID and cleaning during and after a delivery, the delivery team does not have shoe coverings and did NOT clean anything after install like your videos state would happen. They did have masks, I’ll give you that, but that is the only truthful thing that came out of the COVID safety phone calls and COVID safety videos that Best Buy is so adamant about. Might re-think how you train your team.
