Then there were several months of waiting and problems with the delivery, since they changed, canceled the date or the product had a defect. I finally received one of the two pedestals I bought, when I was notified that I would receive both of them this day. Now I have to wait another month for the delivery of the other one.

Guys that installed this didn’t even Hooke the hot and cold lines up to the right ports. Seems like they should be able to do that.

Our washing machine was installed on Tues., Sept. 13, 2022. Delivery time was a 4-day wait. When installers came they were in a hurry, hurry, hurry. In their haste, they neglected to turn the water back on to the new washing machine. When running the machine for the first time there was no water being supplied. I called Whirlpool directly and they told me to phone Best Buy and tell them to come out TODAY to check the machine. Then, I then spent a long time on the phone with Best Buy to get them to come and check out our machine and make sure it wasn't damaged. First appointment is this Sat., Sept. 17th to have them come and make sure it wasn't damaged. Hurrying to get through does not a GOOD installation make! I hope our machine is not damaged. Will find out this Saturday. Also, very unprofessional for me to have to go through 3 persons before getting them to schedule a technician to check on it. This was their mistake.

Again, difficult to rank. Initial delivery team were rude, failed to complete installation of washer the left without even delivering the dryer. After days of being without a working washer or dryer, we finally got a re-delivery. Then we waited another day for a team to hookup both the washer and dryer. I’d give the last team a five star rating. They were very nice.

The installation went smoothly. But when I went to use the machine the hoses for hot and cold reversed. Just double check yours

The installers were very polite and on-time but the machine was defective and damaged my floor. Not the installer's fault but I actually received TWO defective washing machines.

I bought better installation parts. They tried to take to themselves the other parts come with the washer.

The fulfillment process at Best Buy is sadly VERY broken. My experience in purchasing the washing machine was excellent, with knowledgeable staff, friendly, courteous, professional. HOWEVER, I purchased this machine on 9/19/22 and have yet to receive it, today being Oct 25. My delivery appointment has been rescheduled, by you, at least 6 times. On one occasion, the machine was delivered without the discharge hose and the delivery person recommended the delivery be rejected because he could not install the machine. Rescheduling the appointment since then has been worse than a joke, otherwise I would be laughing. The 3rd party delivery service forces a reschedule about 2 days before each scheduled delivery. I believe they cannot find the machine in the warehouse, but that is just a theory. If this situation cannot be rectified quickly, I will NEVER buy any appliance from Best Buy again. EVER!

I ordered a washing machine from best buy in November and it is only now (end of March), that I am satisfied with the installation. My recommendation is that if you live in an urban city, DO NOT ORDER from Best Buy. They outsource to incompetent installation teams that do not know how to install stackable washer/dryers in small apartment spaces. I had to have 4-5 different teams come to my place to install correctly. Some issues encountered: (1) Not being able to get the machine into the space and leaving in the hallway (despite the previous machines fitting there before) (2) Not knowing how to install the dryer vent kit (especially when you are forced to buy that from BB) (3) Not knowing how to turn on/off the water and then having a massive leak (4) Disrespectful attitude ... the list can go on. I would rate the installation as a 0-star if it was possible.

Their alright, I’ve seen better work. Training could be better. They did the job, but I can’t say it felt super experienced.

Guy didn't turn the water on after hook up. Made me think the item was defective when I tried using it at first.

Bad experience too; the guy who brought the washer pushed it through the door that it is scratched; and he did not tell me that the door is too small to pass it so I can try to take the door of and give him enough room. Second: he did not show me how I operate it. he just turn it on and I heard noise but nothing indicates that it is working

The guys arrived in a timely fashion. They pushed back the dryer to the point that the foil flexible duct was so bent that there was no place for the air to leave the machine. It smelled burning. I had to pulled out by myself that heavy dryer and reorganized the duct so the air could be vented outside. I would recommend the service as long as my friend would check the result from A to Z The dryer machine is excellent

The installer did not test the washer to make sure the controls allowed the water to flow.

Worst service I ever received. Came to my house dropped the washing machine off and then told me they “could not take the old machine, because there was no space on the truck” I told them to “put it in the space where they took my new machine from”. They said “we can’t because the water would leak on the other machine”. I said then “why didn’t they sort that out before they sent you to deliver and pickup machine”. They then proceeded to tell me how the truck had an issue with the tire so it couldn’t take much weight....but it somehow was able to take enough weight to bring my new machine. I then told them to call their boss and tell them I didn’t want my new machine and would be taking my business elsewhere and of course in their words they “did me the favor” of taking my old machine. The new machine btw was not connected because why would I trust them after all of that. Why am I writing this story here? Try and make a complaint without going to the store and let me know how that process goes. I actually wish I didn’t like the stuff that Bestbuy sells so much because if there was a competitor with the same selection, experiences like this would make me shop there 100%.

They got it done - but - Best Buy sent the wrong size connector - the installer said, no problem, I will just use the old one, it's fine. Well - no, wound up not being being fine - it leaks AND they were very messy

We had to install the washer ourselves. Best Buy was not doing in home installations at the time because of COVID-19. It was a bit difficult and my husband got shocked in the process. Wish we could have had them install. I feel like we should have received some sort of credit for this or a call. We we’re told someone would reach out to us for a credit or gift card. No one ever reached out. That’s why I waited to do my review.

The installer did not know he had to remove the bolts in the back that keep the drum in place during shipping. The first use the washer tried to walk itself across the floor. Another installer came out and fixed it.
