After asking for my wrench to use to install, I am assuming the dryer, and had the washer and dryer running before they left, they failed to check that the dryer was not heating. Later after washing a load of clothes, and put in the dryer, discovered the clothes were still wet and no heat. Called the store, it took 3 days to get some one over to check and see that the gas was not properly hooked up. And I have already written a review regarding this same topic with no response back.

Installers refused to place the washer onto the existing pedestal even though it was compatible. I stated I had called Samsung and it will fit and they stated that they are Best Buy and not Samsung. If I need to pay another install fee that is fine but why not offer instead of just saying you can’t do it. My neighbor and I did it in 5 min. They broke one of the pedestal screws when taking it off the old washer they were hauling away. Way to into rushing the washer in and the door of the washer came open and hit the wall. Would recommend securing the door before running the device in. I buy from Best Buy because of the service I get on delivering the item, but this kind of rushed service and unwillingness to work with the customer will end that quick.

My installation went okay, I would have like the guys to take off all of the plastic wrapping. I also had to ask for them to take the dusty old vent with them.

Wound not ever get these 2 men to ever come into my home again. The one in charge was very rude and talked down to myself and my sister who I was buying washer for. At end of the installation the man in charge told me to any give a review of this purchase if I was going to give them a perfect 4 if not to not give the review. This was one of the most unworthiness of my inter being. After visit I was so irate. Beware who comes into your home before your purchase.

They wouldn't install the first appointment because my drip pan wasn't in place. Had to wait 2 days for another appointment. They should have given out instructions

The subcontractor that went to deliver and install the washer did not complete the job. They decided that the stairs to my second floor were thought and did not do the delivery. We had mesures the stairs and the item would go up easy. The did not want to take the item out of the box. It is very unfortunate how they did just not want to do their job. I was delivered a refrigerator that was bigger than the washer and the last personas did an amazing job. These just did not want to work today.

When the installation arrived, water supply was not ready. So they didn't install it. New installation appointment costed money, so my builder installed it.

I bought these stackable units specifically for stacking them. When they were delivered I was informed that the employee who helped me didn’t add the stacking part to the order. I had to go back to Best Buy and have him setup a new time for them to come out and stack the units. He set it up and since I work he spoke with the 3rd party team and made sure I was the last stop between 3/5pm. I got a call at 1:30pm and told they were 20min out. I told them I was at work and that they weren’t supposed to be there until 3/5pm. They guy said “That’s not our problem” and hung up. I had to call Best Buy and speak to someone who said all they could do was setup another appointment and that it would be two weeks out. So it took almost a month to get my units stacked. $1800 and nothing but a hassle. I doubt I’ll be buying anything from them that needs to be delivered again. I’ll buy my new refrigerator and Freezer elsewhere.

First, they forgot to take something out that out was packed with to keep the drum in place in transit, so the machine tore itself and the attacking mechanism apart. It took several calls to get other than stupid advice about matchbooks and trying new flooring installed. The part that hooks into the dryer is very short and the hose continually comes off because the people they send out to do installation do not know what they are doing. First, they didn't bring the hose, then they brought the wrong one, then they brought the right one, but they didn't clamp it, so it comes off. If I weren't handicapped by the irresponsible actions of a drunk driver, I could do this myself. As it is I do not often climb behind the back of my stackable dryer in a very small closet because this is a dangerous manoeuvre for a handicapped old lady who lives alone. Once I finally discovered that on their 3rd trip out they STILL had not hooked the dryer up properly, I called only to be told too much time had passed. I'm not sure what one year of Geek Squad coverage means, but I'm pretty sure it is longer than 90 or even 100 days. If their work was not done correctly, that should have no time limit!

They told me I wasn't getting installation. They just set into room. They also need to get driving lessons as they ran over my driveway entrance guides.

We never recieved the tools for the washer and it's been a bad experience

It took over a month with 3 service calls to get these products properly installed.

They person who came didnt stack the appliances left the stacking kit

Techs did not level my new washer. It was out of balance so much it shut down. I even left my levels out for the techs to use for this purpose. Why did I pay so much for nothing???!

I really did not need this service but it was part of a haul package which we needed someone to take our old broken washer.

The installation team did not have enough time planned/set aside to perform a proper installation, pretended to not have tools on them to perform the work, pretended not to know how to install the rigid vent I bought from Best Buy (they just wanted to put the flex tube on and run), did not even want to tape the tube, and pretended not to know how to fit the rigid vent tube (I had to tell them to how to snip and I think they were just faking ignorance to leave quickly). They had a little duct tape in their pocket but not enough and were not even gong to use it. Then they complained the install was taking too long. Basically, I had to brow-beat them to install it correctly. They were a poor installation team with not enough time or desire to do a good job. Also, I bought a stack-able washer/dryer, but the online purchase process did not recommend the stack frame that was needed (delaying my install a week but causing me to have to plan two install times/ days).

The delivery guy were ok but never hauled away my old washer and I never received a refund for haul away service.

The guys were most focused on moving fast rather than carefully. They let the drainage hose spill all over the carpet leaving quite a few stains that will need to be professionally cleaned. Wasn't thrilled, but I guess that's what you get for a 'free' service that requires you to purchase parts for installation in order to receive the service. This should be better.
