Installation team would not install the washer or dryer because the connections had corrosion on them. We had a repair person come out to replace the connections and he said it was unnecessary and cleaned the connections with a wire brush. In doing this, the repair person unhooked the washer hose. When the installation team came back out they again would not install it. This time they said it was because they could tell the connection was not new and the original installers left a note not to install unless the connections were brand new. It was EXTREMELY disappointing and seemed rather ridiculous. We told the installers the first time they came that we were comfortable with them doing the install even with the corrosion and that we understood if there was a leak it was on us. They still wouldn't do anything. We paid someone to come inspect and replace the connection and he was extremely surprised that we were refused installation after inspecting the connections. This forced us to pay a repair person to come to our house twice for this. At no point did the connections leak. Not satisfied at all.

Unfortunately they couldn't install my washer but that was not their fault. I gave 3 stars bc I dont know if they would've done a good job or not.

Was pleased that the installers arrived with a call earlier than inspected. They were quick and efficient and pleasant. HOWEVER after there departure I ran a washer load, and when the tub drained, it did so all over my garage. A call to the installers, was rold it would be a couple of days to get someone back. Very Poor Customer Service on a $1700 purchase follow up.

The installers parked in the middle of my cul-de-sac. Unboxed the unit on the asphalt without leaving any of the packaging / cardboard underneath. Moved unit into house, hooked up water and drain lines, turned unit on and left. Unit was not leveled. I had do that myself. They also left a significant amount of trash (packaging bits and pieces) in the road in front of my house when they left.

We needed to have help getting our new stuff installed. We bought it at Best Buy so they did the installation.

I'm sure the washer is great, but I have no idea because I haven't been able to use it since it was delivered without a drip pan. It cannot be used until I pay to have someone come out, move the washer, and install the pan.

Process was pretty straight forward. Installation was done, only thing is that they did not wipe machine down and left it dirty before leaving house.

Install was fine after two prior attempts for which the delivery service brought trucks too large to park on our narrow, windy street. You'd think they had never come to this neighborhood before. Each time took another week to reschedule.

Guys did not install my pedestal washer correctly. The code immediediately popped up and said hosess were pinched, water wasn't coming through. The guys weren't even gone yet. They were sitting in their truck in my driveway. I went out and told them about the message. One of the guys told me I needed to call customer service. They didn't even want to come back in to hook up the hoses correctly. I of course told them to come back in and try again. They came in and glanced at it. Turned it on and off again. Didn't pull it out to check hoses. I asked them continuously to please pull it out and check the hoses. They wouldn't and claimed it worked now. One guy said he called his boss and sent him a picture of the now no error message. They rushed out of my driveway and of course the same error message came back up within five minutes. I had to call customer service, wait on hold for 30 minutes only to be told that they couldn't do anything that day. I needed to call back tomorrow. Who knows when they'll be able to come back out to fix this. I'm so unhappy with Best Buy.

First I could barely understand them, they had a heavy accent. They left the shipping bolts on the back of the washing machine, didn't level it either. I turned it on,not knowing the above. The machine shook like crazy, literally shook the sink 6 inches away away from the wall. Then the washing machine died .A quick look behind the machine and I saw the power cord was fried with wires exposed.I unplugged it and called Geek Squad. After trying to tell them,they sent out another unit. Two days later. Those two couldn't get the machine off the pedestal and informed me that machine was locked and had water in it and they weren't allowed to take it. They called Best buy and while it was on speaker phone, I was promised a phone call that same day to resolve it.They refused to take the washer and I went on a non stop phone bing to get a new one and get the old one out of my house. Going to the store tomorrow to tell the manager what happened and need a resolution. In the meantime, I had to take my clothes to a laundromat. I'm livid.

The guys were great igave them a tip for all there hard work. But they knew nothing about the product. Best buys fault I feel

We hooked up the washer ourselves. One of the faucet connections had some corrosion so they wouldn't hook it up.

I ordered a replacement for my 4 year old Whirlpool washing machine after my old one went. When the delivery team looked at my old machine which was placed on a Pedestal, they said the new machine would not fit on it. They removed the old machine with the pedestal still attached and installed the new one without even attempting to mount it on the old pedestal. The delivery team only disassembled the machine from the Pedestal from my old machine when I pestered them to (keep in mind a new pedestal is $319). When the delivery man gave me back my pedestal they ended up losing one of the rubber feet that sit between the washer and pedestal. I contacted Best Buy about this and I know am trying to chase down the part online and there is some claim out there. Currently, my washer is on the floor and my dryer is on a pedestal about 1.5 feet higher. This is ridiculous.The delivery men did not install my machine properly and damaged my property. Additionally, I checked online and my pedestal is the exact dimensions as the one paired with this washing machine and I previously purchased it from Whirlpool.

It sucked terrible thay did it without one of the nobs on bottom of washing machine and new ot i could not use the machine for a week till they came out and looked a t it and had to order it. Terrible will not buy next machine ftom you

Because we used our hoses which were new , the delivery person wouldn’t connect it . We should have been informed at the store . The driver said he wasn’t allowed to install . My husband said he explained it professionally .

The installation was neat. Rating average because of the 2 weeks delay in installation than the scheduled date.

My new front loading washing machine was delivered on time. They brought it to the basement to set it up but I had built a stand for it and they refused to put it on the stand. I made the stand (more of a platform) extremely sturdy and oversized so there would be no danger of the machine "falling" off. After I told them to put it on the stand or take it back they put it on it but refused to set it up then. Fine, I am capable of hooking up hoses and did that part..

Installation service was good except that the caps were not placed where the shipping bolts came out. And the shipping bolts were not provided to me for use in case of move in the future.

Awful third party service had to be schedule twice and then they tried to add additional fees Product was good
