Original installation was not completed. Had to wait a week for new unit in order to have it completed. But all is well.

We bought a stackable unit. The installer, though very nice convinced my partner not to stack the units, as he thought it was "unsafe". I was not informed until after he left. If it is so unsafe why do they sell them as stackable. I think he just didn't want the hassle.

Purchased "Stackable dryer". Was told by the installers that a stackable kit is required. Too late as here they are. So they installed side by side. Also, product required I purchase a dryer hose kit. Installer said hose kit doesn't meet code. Why require the sale of a non code compliant idem?

Let me just tell you…. Washer was set to be delivered and installed, they left a voicemail from 1800 number the evening before appointment saying they would be there next day 2-6pm. No one called, no one showed. My husband left work early to be home for this. I called today and after a 27 min wait time, the lady told me that the washer wasn’t available that’s why they didn’t come. Well I told her someone should have called and this was not acceptable, she proceeded to argue and said I would be receiving a gift card. I told her I didn’t want a gift card I wanted my dryer and asked to speak with a manager, so she said okay well I have to put you on hold. I hung up, can’t wait any longer to argue with you people who are clearly wrong. I still don’t have a washer that I already paid for, and have no clue when I will get it. I shopped at another big store prior to going to BB and decided to go with Best Buy because their delivery times were faster, joke is on me!

The City of Jacksonville, Fl. requires two $10 devices ( hammer arresters) to be installed on the hot and cold water lines between the washing machine and the hot and cold water shut- offs. Without those devices the installation will not meet code. BestBuy's "professional" installers did not install those devices on my washer and, as a result, my plumbing inspection was failed. At least they should have told me that the devices were required by code; but that they were not going to install them. (A two minute job) When I contacted customer service, I was told that they had done their job and that the problem I had, was not their concern. BTW, the installers were very nice. They just did not complete the job according to the plumbing code and I'm stuck paying someone else to do the job right.

Delivery time was great. Delivery technicians could have been a little more pleasant and gentle.

They installed it well but they cracked my water tray in the process. So happy but not at the same time

This was not a good experience. Delivery was supposed to be 7 and 1. They did not show up until 5:30 pm. The delivery people did not speak English, did not appear to know anything beyond the basics , never checked the balance or level and installed it wrong. I had to reinstall hoses. I will probably not get anything at best buy that needs delivery. Allan Bahn

After waiting 3 weeks for delivery of my washer and dryer, the installation team stated that they couldn't complete the installation due to the fact they were not authorized to remove the cap for the water drain to connect the washer. They stated that I needed to have someone come and remove then call customer care to schedule a tech to come out and complete the installation. (Home Depot, Lowes, and Sears techs would've removed the cap as part of the installation) I honestly believe the two people didn't know how to install the units because one even went as far to tell me to have a plumber come out to cut a pvc pipe in the drip pan. So I call customer care a few days later and they stated that the system reflects that my order and installation are complete and that they would have to send my request up to dispatch and someone would call me within 24-48 hours...well it has been almost a week and no one has called. So basically at this time I have a washer and dryer that I paid a lot of money for and can't use because I can't seem to get anyone from best buy out to actually complete the installation. I can't recommend the installation service as I'm still waiting almost 3 weeks later for installation.

Delivery guys were polite. Got the washer into the basement safely. When attaching the hot/cold water hoses, they were all 'knotted up' -and they attached them that way. (They were unable to place the drain hose in the standpipe, as the hose was too short. Not that they could do anything about that.)

The delivery service was pleasant, but we had to tell them to put on their masks and they did not clean down the washer or dryer after installation. This was disappointing and concerning during these times as a Best Buy repair man that had been to our home a few days before took better than proper precautions. We were told that the delivery service would as well, but they did not.

The guys that installed my washer and dryer seem to be experienced but I began to have problems within a month.

Wish there was few minutes spent in explaining the functionality of the washer with the installation.

just to clarify, it says installation was completed on Nov 14 2020 Delivery has not yet been done ....

It took the delivery team 3 trips to finally get things right. Time off work and they drove off my drive and then covered it in mud

Service Guys installed washer and turned on and left. Once they left, I realized they didn’t balance the 4 legs which caused the washer to shake and make a tapping noises when on load spin cycle. I am left to figure it out. The service was poor.

The installation of my new LG washer was not so good because water was leaked from the connection between cold water faucet and silver stainless fill hose (come with the purchase). I need to pay a plumber for an additional $100 to fix the leak.

The installers took these with them so I have not used. Recommend that others snag them to keep if they are actually the customers.

Did not properly level the washer. Seemed to be in a big hurry to be finished.
