My machine wasn't balanced correctly. Took over a hour to install

The guys were not the most friendly and had issues with the washing machine pan, while it was a thing they could easily work with.

My experience has not been very good with the initial order to the three replacements of the washer. Whirlpool obviously does not make a quality machine like the whirlpool duets that we purchased about 20 years ago from Best Buy. After numerous calls trying to fix we were promised a 200 gift card and have not received

The guys were too rude. If they could be a little for gentle, it would be better

I gave instructions and they were not followed as I specifically asked.

Just came and installed new hoses. Didn't need it... just installed the "old" hoses about a year ago, but required for them to install.

They did the bare minimum that's all helper tried to enter our home without a mask on ..they suck.

Zero stars. I gave the installer specific instructions as to what I needed before he went to the basement. I only needed the bracket package that comes with the pedestal drawer for the washer. He was like oh, great, I don’t have to install it? I was like nope. I sent him downstairs with someone else because I was working, so I was unable to confirm what he left us. He left JUST the bag that has the 4 pedestal adjustable feet/legs. No bracket pack. They were separate on our original drawers, they were in a whole different bag inside the back of the drawer. I STILL don’t have the right brackets. I called GE and they will not send them to me unless I pay them $40. I am only missing one bracket that was ever in the original packaging from the drawer upon removing it from the box. It’s a manufacturer error but they won’t fix it. When I realized it was wrong, the installer guy was long gone and no one could contact him to have him come back.

The person that did the installation did not raise the stand legs to past my drain pan so that I can use the stand. unable to use the stand drawer due to that. I wasn't home during the installation to notice that the stand leg wasn't raise to allow me to use the drawer as storage like it was intended for

The drain hose fell away from how it was installed. I had to figure out a fix myself.

I need to get used to the amount of water that my washer gives out. It uses only 14 gallons compared to 40 gallons from my old washer.

Installation was to include running a full cycle. The crew started a cycle and left. When the washer started draining water was going on the floor. Delivery guy put a hole in the drain tube. Drain tube was unavailable through manufacture, So the store removed the tube from the display model. We had to go pick it up and I had to install it. Best Buy did make it up to us. But not everyone is able to do repairs.

Unfortunately my house is in a remote area and Best Buy does not have their own trucks deliver, it is sublet out to a 3rd party. The guys that delivered did a terrible job. They never tested the washer or demonstrated anything to my wife. The also did not properly attached the washer to the base. When she tried to use it, the washer shook itself like mad and jumped across the room. I inspected upon my return and found they did not remove the transit bolts, and it was never attached to the base. I called Best Buy and the scheduled a "Re-Do". The Geek Squad person setup the appointment for the next day but I did not get any confirmation. I later checked online to find out that they scheduled a "Re-Do" at a previous address, not even in the same state. I had to reschedule all of that again. I made sure I was available when the next team arrived and I even help with the assembly, making sure everything was done correctly.

Delivery folks were hard working but didn't accommodate my request to help install the washer over the drain pan. They also did a terrible job in organizing the water lines for the washer/dryer that needed me to redo the whole setup because I could not push the washer dryer further back to access the shelf behind the washer/dryer.

Because my house is 65 years old the drain hose doesn’t fit as it should so we had to “McGyver” it to make it work!!! I

I can't believe the trouble it took to get my washer and dryer installed. The first delivery team said there was no way the appliances would fit, so in had them take them back and I got a refund. After I realized they in fact would fit, I reordered the exact ones. The second team got them in and said they were both working, my mom was at my house for the install. When I went to use them in the evening, the dryer would not turn on, no power. I called Best Buy and decided to return and get a new dryer rather than just having a repair. The third team claimed that there was not enough power to the laundry room to run both machines even though the dryer would not work without the washing machine on. They switched out the dryer for the new one and said the other dryer was missing a wire.

I am disappointed that the delivery workers left the washer shorter than the dryer. They did not take the time to level them to equal height. The door on the dryer is also opposite of what I requested. When I purchased the set I was also told that the delivery people would install both appliances. They did not hook up my dryer.

Worst installation of any appliance ever! They flooded my laundry room and left dryer with a major fire hazard! I paid $139 for installation of my Samsung gas dryer and washer that I purchased online. They said They were installed & they started the washer to show me that it worked and the left. I returned to the laundry room after 10 mins only to find it flooded! I also found that they used plastic packing tape to hold they dryer vent hose to the back of the dryer! Major fire hazard! These guys did not know what they were doing and they only caused damage to my home. After 2 phone calls to Best Buy customer service, they are only offering me a gift card instead of a refund for the installation fee which is the least they can do. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will never buy from Best Buy again

They we're in a Super Hurry and couldn't get the Dryer vent hose hooked up so they rigged it which is a Poor mans way off doing it.

purchase was great BUT I did ask that the delivery guys text me before coming they didn't and were 2 hours past the window time!!
