the installer was very friendly and very professional

Our installers were very nice, but they hooked up the water wrong on our washer. When I went to do my first load, the settings said COLD but when the water was coming out into my wash tub it was steaming....ummm cold water doesn't do that! I was disappointed, if this is your job, then you should know which is cold water and which is hot.

Installed,delivered the machine,the only problem hose was a little short,the need to be more equiped!

Installation was fine. Tool to reverse door and shipping bolts were not included. Called installer within 30 min of leaving home and had no response. Call Geek Squad but no response or resolution. Geek squad suggested calling GE to get parts replaced. After 1 month got the tool but no bolts yet.

This is our 5th washer in less than 6 weeks. The first 4 were either damaged when we got them or they did not work out. Our last washer was the one we wanted and the guys that brought the washer scratched it in several places and they just left in a hurry!

Salesman said they would use the SS hoses we bought with the previous washer that broke less than year old. Installers had to be asked to level until, did so but until was out in open not in place.

New washer. New cords. Not sure I needed new ones, but it was part of the install package.

Had an error code since first wash Man came out to fix Could not fix it

Did not clean up or level the washer. But they were friendly

This washer worked for a little over 1 month before it leaked water all over the floor. The repairman found a faulty drain pump and warped bellows. Of course 1 of the parts is back ordered so it could be a month or so before this thing works again. What has happened to whirlpool?

The washer was installed but we wanted the door to open in the reserve direction. The installer could not and indicated that we needed to contact the Geek Squad. Several phone attempts have failed, the phone system sucks, doesn't connect to any human. This is the worse customer service.

No staes. Delivery men were supposed to take up steps and would not. I have bought several appliances from Best Buy and never had an issues. It cost me additional 250. to have another company dit with no problems.

They didn't install and because of that wouldn't help me get old washer out of house not cool

Good service but they missed the delivery window with no call. We had to call to find out where they were.

Well I didn't realize the workers had reversed the hot and cold hoses when they installed my washer, and had washed several loads already. I don't wash certain things in very hot water like that!! Very annoyed. But husband just fixed it himself rather than wait for an appt and have to wait around for them again esp since they came very late to install.

I love this unit but I've been having problem placing this unit several times this will be the eight time that I'm having issues with the unit now Best Buy is putting me off on Samsung wish to me that is horrible customer service it's their unit that was delivered with an issue but because I signed off on it thinking that everything was okay until I tried to wash and cold water and it still remained hot I tried reversing the cycle using hot to get cold water but still the same thing extremely hot water thank God I didn't wash any of my good clothes because it would have damaged them and someone would have to replace the value of them but once again

The technician did not bother to show me all is working before he left.

I'll give this washer installation three out of 5 stars.

I purchased the GE gas washer/dryer combo for my in-laws that are both in their 90’s. There was a major problem with the delivery/installation. After several calls to Best Buy’s customer service reps and the delivery/installation customer service reps the unit was installed weeks later.
