The installation of huge and extra heavy machines is a big task for anyone in good health conditions. Having these machines install is an advantage of having the Total Tech membership. Good investment.

My Whirlpool Washing Machine is easy to use, and there are many options (i.e. heavy duty, normal, quick wash, etc.). My only complaint that it is a bit noisy. Overall, great product. I've been using Best Buy for appliances for a few years, and I have always been extremely satisfied.

When my washer broke I was having a hard time finding a washer that was available in stock good quality and an affordable price I found all of those attributes at Best Buy they’re always very helpful and knowledgeable well definitely go back for more appliances when needed in the future

Bought this washer open box but is missing the lit lock and i notice that there are similar washer in different bestbuy with the same issue but best buy doesnt have the part and neither know how to get it so thats upsetting

Installer said he couldn't hook up the washing machine because the cold-water valve was leaking. I had disconnected and checked both valves a few days earlier without any problems. The plumber that I called couldn't get to my house until at least December 15th and was going to charge me between $300 and $500 to replace the valves. After the installer left, I hooked up the cold-water hose and opened the valve all the way. I took a pair of plyers and tightened the nut under the handle and the leaking stopped. The valve has not leaked since then. I have no proof, of course, but I suspect that when I left the room, the installer loosened the nut to create the leak. He then hooked up the dryer using the $32.09 Smart Choice Semi-Rigid Dryer Vent Kit that was a mandatory purchase from Best Buy. The opening on the new dryer was in the exact same spot as the hookup vent in the wall behind it. He pushed the dryer back and crushed the vent hose rendering it useless. I would like a refund for the $32.09 that I paid for this item that ultimately went into the trash. He said that I needed to go to Home Depot and buy the "flexible dryer vent hose" that Best Buy won't sell because it's "not as safe". I was refunded for one of my haul-away charges because my delivery was delayed for four days because of a "sick call". I would also like a refund for the other haul-away charge to make up for these other issues.

The guys were awesome they hauled out my old one and installed my new LG washer. They also dropped off the new dishwasher and said different technicians will remove the old one and install the new one that is now in the middle of my small kitchen floor waiting for the next team.

such great service they had to go down basement it was it takes it there were very careful not to bang it at all and when they hooked it up they made sure there was no leaks and showed us how to operate it
