Good communication before appt but driver was late to appt without contacting.

We paid for installation but when they delivered the washer we were told because there was corrosion where the water hoses attach they would not do any part of the installation. The guy who seemed to be in charge was very rude. He wouldn’t even tell us which hose was for cold water. Thankfully the guy with him had some common sense and told us which hose went where. This left 2 seniors to balance our washer.

The technicians who came out did not know how to add wifi to my products to connect with phone.

Works fine. Needs a light in the drum though. Did not notice until the first time I used it.

Not sure you can ask for more than that. Maybe show the customer how to turn it on?

The install crew showed and and installed the new washer. They then refused to haul away my old washer because it had an odor. My old front load washer had been sitting broken for a month, it is going to have an odor. No haul away reschedule or discount.

Installation is done by a third party and is not up to the standard I am used to from Best Buy. It took 2 tries for our washer-dryer tower. Communication between the store and the installers leaves something to be desired.

My delivery timeframe was from 12-6 pm. The delivery drivers showed up at 10:30 am with no call or text to let me know that they were arriving early and I had to leave work. Once I let them into my home they informed me that the installation was not going to be completed because supposedly elected for just a drop off which was completely false. I showed him a copy of the order details that were just emailed to me 2 hours earlier that includes all of this info and he still didn’t want to install them. I then called Best Buy’s corporate number and waited on hold for 20 minutes without an answer and the delivery driver finally decided to complete the installation. Normally I have had pretty good experiences with bestbuy but this was far from that.

This is the third or fourth review I have left after receiving an email to leave a review which is more proof that your customer service has some serious issues. I never leave reviews but the service I had with Best Buy was so awful that I took the time to leave them. Check your records. I had multiple attempts to get a washer/dryer and each step was torture, including getting you to pick them up for return. Ultimately I bought it from another retailer.

Installer stated that they weren't supposed to disconnect the old washer.

They should have balanced the machine by turning the feet under the machine . I am unable strength wise to do that so I put a match book under it so that it would not walk out of the house when it was on a spin cycle

Pls pls ask your service advisors how many years experience they have. We had one we thought was good until after they left. Turns out, when the next service advisors came, the treads on my washer was completely messed up and couldn't attached a 3rd hose to it. Horrible.

This delivery and install was terrible. This review is a little late but I am still finding more and more issues with the installations. When this small washer was used for the first time it was a disaster. The water line that they said they hooked up was in fact not connected properly. There was water all of the second floor of my brand new home. Not to mention I had to deal with the Best Buy insurance company that they use because the delivery/ installers completely ruined the floor in the laundry room and beat up multiple walls in my home. These were delivered to my home the day we bought it and it is a new construction home we are the first owners. I will never have anything delivered or installed by Best Buy again.

The service team had to come out twice. 1st time they brought me a dented washer & the guy hooked it up wrong. Bestbuy rectified my issue by deducting money off my 2nd washer & matched the lower price that lowes was selling it for.

The installer showed up to install the washing machine at my 83 year old mother’s house. He was supposed to install the washer and remove the old one. He claimed he couldn’t install it because there was no way to turn off the water to the washer and couldn’t remove the old one for the same reason. So... he just left the new machine. My brother (an attorney) took the time to go to my mother’s house to see what the problem was. He pulled the old machine away from the wall, turned off the water (the valve was behind the washer), and installed the new one. We had to call and make an appointment to have the old one hauled away. How is it a “professional” installer can’t find a shut off valve, but an attorney with no plumbing experience can?

These guys came to install the washer/dryer. They didnt finish the job the first day because according to them i didnt buy a required product. Next day the came finished and charged me twice for what i already had in my order. I had to call best buy and get a refund for that. Watch out for this and these guys!

because I did not buy a new dryer cord they would not install. had to do myself.

They broke the machine even more than it was broken. Now they can solve my issue. I gave a broken machine sitting in my house
