This was a difficult installation - tight space. After it was installed and they left, we realized the water pan that is required by local building code prevented the opening of the drawer in the base unit. Apparently no one tested to see if it would work!

The first machine was defective so they had to pick up the new machine and replace it.

My installation was just a awful experience, I had a total of 4 Washers delivered. Brand New Maytag Washers as I'm typing I have to call Mag Tag out for service, this was the worst experience I had ever experienced. The installation crew knows nothing about the washers at all. The people were nice but had no clue about the washer. I could see if you didn't pay for this service, but you do. I had them leave a machine and say someone will call you because we can't get it to work. There is a manager there name Lachell in Fox Point who was super nice and understanding and really felt bad about the situation and did the best she could do. I felt so bad I stop calling her because there is only so much she can do.

The crew that came to install my washer was okay. They did not place a plastic cover before tightening the hoses. I had to go back later and redo it. They seemed annoyed to let us clean under the washer.

Refused to install my washer because it had an original hose on the faucet

The first time, the guy was amazing and he knew what he was doing, but the second guy he’s so bad he didn’t even place it in wrong spot, and the connection was on opposite way so have to deal with it later.

Purchased a washer and decided to include the installation to avoid any issues that could void the warranty. Well, that was a complete failure. BB apparently forgot to provide the Techs that delivered the product with the hoses that I also ordered with the washer. Since there was no parts, I decided to cancel the installation right on the spot. The Techs were very understanding (they actually suggested I called BB and request a refund). I had to go to the local Home Depot and get some hoses and install the thing myself! Lesson learned! When they called me to confirm the time and date for the appointment, I asked the booking agent to ensure that parts were included. She said, yes, no worries they will be! Go figure....

Unwilling to try different setups, dinged up my wall, didn't even plug in dryer. If it wasn't for an appliance shortage I've have told them to take it back. Do not order delivery from best buy.

They didn’t install anything, they dropped it off and had me connect and disconnect everything. The only good thing was that this time they took the machine away. Last time they left that to me as well.

Had washer installed twice. Time management was good on the first delivery, but the second I choose a specific time for a reason and they called and said they were on their way, 4 hours early! They did end up coming later, but was a hassle getting them to agree to come during the originally scheduled time slot.

The installers damaged the door of my washer. After I pointed it out to them, they said they'd note it in their paperwork and that I'd be contacted by customer service within 48 hours. It's been over a week...looks like I'll be the one calling them. Great...

Through no fault of the delivery people, they couldn't install the new washer. But they COULD have removed the old one in lieu of leaving it. So I had to reschedule a takeaway which was a PITA

The initial delivery was on time. The team of two got the old machine out and the new one in but after they left we discovered the hoses had been installed wrong and we couldn't use the machine until they got someone back to make it right. They scheduled someone and nobody showed up - then they couldn't get anyone over for a few more days so that a week went by before we could use the machine. The people I spoke to about the issue were, "sorry we can't do anything sooner." And this despite it being their fault. The supervisor told me we'd get a gift card. Lah di dah, and then none came. No big deal. I am not sure I'll go back to BestBuy again after this experience.

The installers would not attempt the installation which the faucets as is.

Installers were GREAT. Despite being EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAR with customer service and supervisor that I had existing pedestal drawers I wanted to use, and customer service saying that was okay. The installers were told they could not install on old pedistals. BEST BUY CUSTOMER SERVICE FAIL

Literally one drop of water was on the spigot for the washer they deemed a leaking and weren't going to install it. Only begrudgingly decided to bring it into the house once I told him they can just take it back then if they weren't going to do it. Then they argue that it was too big to fit even though I'd measured several times of course it did fit but I had to do all the work myself. Then they left the packing material just laying in the yard lawn didn't even bother to take it to the dumpster at the end of The Walk.

Had to wait over a week to have it redone. Not happy.

The drain for the washing machine was not properly installed. This caused my mud room to flood and caused water damage. I called Best Buy to have the washer properly reinstalled and was promised a visit a couple of days later. Received a call that morning from someone assuring us a visit that day, but they never showed and never called back. We had to hire a 3rd party to properly install the washer. Wish we would have purchased from Home Depot or JC Penny's where guaranteed installs and satisfaction are company standards, not the exception. Now we'll know for next time when we remodel our kitchen and are in the market to replace our refrigerator, dish washer, and microwave.
