not really to much to say they are just the tools used for the height adjustment

The tech refused to install because he is incompetent.

They did a good job with the install, but left a mess outside in my driveway

However, the machine itself arrived all scratched up.

The washer did not work. I am still trying to receive my complete refund. The delivery date was pushed 2 times and then the repair could not be made due to the circuit board. I am very disappointed in the entire experience.

The gentlemen who installed my washer only installed one tie tie on the drain at the top. When washer was emptying the drain hose was hitting the lower back of the washing machine. I installed a second tie tie at the bottom. Problem solved

The first installers did not install the machine properly - was not level nor did they check to make sure it was working. We had to call to set up a removal and buy a new machine. To add insult to injury, the installers backed their large truck into my husband's car.

Perhaps the hose connections are opposite in South Korea than the US but that is no excuse. They connected the hoses BACKWARDS, hot to cold, cold to hot and then too long to get them out here to fix their mistake.

Contract installers could have been friendlier. Seemed to be in a rush.

The installer was impatient and dismissive. The hosebib had an occasional minimal drip before the installation (that did not affect its operation in any way) but after his installation it became a steady leak such that the tap had to be turned off. While I do not blame the installer for worsening the problem, his arrogant and dismissive attitude was distressing. It made me think less of the company that delivered my washer and made me question the quality of the washer that was delivered.

The guys only tightened the hose by hand. It came loose and sprayed water all over the place. THEN they never came back to install the risers. Never.

The driver called our home at 6:30 a.m. To deliver our washer and set it up at 7:00 a.m.? Our delivery schedule was from 8-12...7:00 was good, but would have been nice to know this the night before! When I expressed this to the installer...he made no apologies or excuses...basically ignored the statement! Rude and no personality!

The two men that showed up to install my new washer refused to do the installation because they couldn't turn the water valves on the washer hookup. Even after I turned off the water at the main line to my home, they refused to do the washer installation and placed my new washer back on their truck to take it back to Best Buy. I contacted their delivery supervisor and she told them to leave the washer for me to install by myself. So I ended up having to do the installation. They delivered the new washer, but did not install it. They took away my old washer that I had already disconnected. I was very unhappy that the installation team failed to do their job and I had to do it myself.

The product itself seems ok. The delivery and installation was a nightmare.

While the installation got done, mostly they just wanted to get out of there..when the drier vent kit didn't fit, then they were done with it. No attempt to solve the problem. Just said "I can't do that with this" and were done. I fixed the problem with a part from Home Depot - and I won't pay for installation next time.

Everything is fine, and it does what it’s supposed to

Will not unstack or restack formyou, so im not really sure what the point is. Install is not hard to do on your own The guys were very nice though

Delivery/installers were friendly but need to be trained in prepping unit for installation. Washer was installed without removing the 4 - shipping bolts that hold drum in place. Luckly I'm handy and figured out their oversite.
