It is not pleasant to hear from the installer saying he never saw the units before. He struggled for some time but eventually installed it by using an installation guide that came with the washer. He was more a delivery man than the installer.

Installers left the shipping bolts in and did not leave the provided plugs. Discovered after washer continued to be off balanced. Also reinstalled my own dryer vent duct. Crappy work!

I have received two washers and they both have glitched. They have paused during cycles and I have to manually drain and spin the cycle sometimes.

While the initial part of the problem with the installation was something that wasn't a problem with Best Buy, the follow-up was. It turns out that there was a cutoff that was leaking and needed to be repaired so the initial installation couldn't take place. Since someone needed to come out and fix the problem and it Friday, there weren't many options. I was able to find someone that was willing to come on Monday. However, the installation was cancelled for some unknown reason on Sunday even though it hadn't even been a week since the washing machine was purchased along with the install. It took several calls to the store one of which I was supposed to be called back about and never did to get it straightened out. Then there was a problem of getting the installation added back onto the haul away part. It was a mess and unnecessarily so.

The came and delivered the washer machine but while they install it, I didn't notice they scratch part of a wall. Also after a week, we notice they didnt balance it correctly.

The delivery driver tossed the box with appliances into the road. Then preceded to unbox not gathering up plastic & paper. Put the washer in the house then wanted me to sign the delivery sheet before. Which was covered partially up. Before the dryer was in the house. I said no not until it is completely set up. Concerned it might have damage. He said you are one of those people. I almost told him to pack it all up & take it back to the store. But needed to wash clothes didn't feel like going to laudramat. Plus they didn't trim dryer hose to fit just wadded up hose. Couldn't push dryer all the way back.

It was super easy and convenient to make the purchase in the store. After that the installation was a disaster. I would not buy appliances from Best Buy again. The floor staff was really knowledgeable helpful. The installation was just a horrible experience.

Had a few hiccups in delivery but for the most part I have no complaints.

I was going to install it myself but figured I'd let the pros do it, especially for warranty purposes. Seemed like they knew what they were doing most of the time until I couldn't get any cold water, no matter the setting I chose. Long story short, they had to come back and redo the waterlines.

The installation was OK. It was a cold day and I left my garage open to take out the old washer. The installers didn't let me know it was going to be a while before they brought the new washer in. So, cold air swept in the house. There was no demo done. They just started it, took their required pics and left.

The installers were prompt and removed my old machine as requested, but hooked the cold water up to the hot water inlet on the washer & the hot water up to the cold water inlet. Didn’t seem to damage any clothes we washed before we figured that out, but that seems like a difficult mistake to make. They started what they called a test cycle, but it ran for quite some time. The product manual states the test cycle runs in 7-10 minutes, so I don’t think that you could really call these guys installers. They moved the machine & hooked the hoses up incorrectly, started the machine & left.

Installation was never "completed" as I never received a stacking kit. Instead the machines were installed side by side blocking the return and leading to the delay of a cabinet installation that was to go beside the stacking units. The delivery company made it clear that they were not Best Buy and any issues were between me and Best Buy. There was no instruction or tutorial. The delivery company took pictures in my home without permission to "prove" installation and refused to take the machines out as I refused delivery due to the lacking install kit.

The washer and dryer combo were sold, and still being sold as a stackable set. Yet, not once, not twice, but three times Best Buy sent installation teams (2 employees) to stack and install the Insignia dryer on top of the Insignia washer. ALL 3 TIMES the teams said " the holes don't line up with the installation kit. In fact, there are NO holes in the washer. I purchased, and paid in full in November and now my next attempt for a tech to install is in mid March. WOW!!!!! 5months and still cant use washer/dryer properly.

After reporting to Best Buy, exactly how the washer should be delivered and installed, the staff brought the washer to my residence and left it in the dining room, rather than installing it one floor below in the basement. When they refused to install it, I had to hire another staff to come over and get It out of the dining room, and bring it downstairs to the laundry room and install it one week later. I had always had great history and experience with Best Buy, and this was disastrous

It's not listed anywhere but instalers would put the new washer on the old pedestals even though they were same brand and made for the new washer. Installers also would take the old washer away because it was on pedestals.

Installers were polite and courteous. They showed up within scheduled window.

My washer/dryer combo was first delivered on 9/24/22. The person who delivered it told me that the water hose was missing. He was trying to charge me $40 for a hose meanwhile it was supposed to be included. I had to wait an extra week to order a supposedly special hose for my machine. On 10/1, David and Alexis helped me above and beyond. No special hose was necessary and were able to install my washer/dryer with no issues. I appreciate people like David and Alexis who are honest. I believe I deserve a partial refund for this situation that happened to me.

Very Poor. Hooked up washer hoses to the wrong hot and cold. Hot hose wasn't tightened and leaked all over the floor.
