Buyer beware! I paid for a washer installation with nee hoses and leveling. They did not hook up my water lines so it was nice t connects nor did they leave the née hoses I paid for. This is horrible I was working In my hone office and when they left they said it was all hooked up. They were also 2 hrs later than what was indicated in the time window cause they said they got a late start! These technicians just rushed through to get on another job and just lied and said they hooked every thing up!!! Shame on you Best Buy... go to Lowe’s or Home Depot!

Disappointed of everything they did Disappointed in the way they set the washer and dryer up.

Unfortunately, when they installed the water line for the washer, they went too far in and bypassed the “trap” which resulted in an awful sewer smell in the laundry room. We had to hire a plumber to diagnose the problem and he pulled back to hose and problem solved. Disappointed we paid for installation and still had to hire a plumber on top of that. Never again! Love the washer though.

The gentlemen who installed my washing machine did a very poor job. The hose connected to the washing machine was not tightened properly causing a leak. The water went through the floor causing damage to the downstairs apartment ceiling, which I had to pay for. It also must be noted that the overflow pan was cracked from the installation. I have called BestBuy twice and have sent numerous emails with no response. While mistakes happen, I am honestly shocked by the lack of response from BestBuy.

The two guys qho installed my washer hooked the hoses up to the wrong intake valves.....my cold water went to the hot intake and my hot water went to the cold.....You would expect when you pay for installation that it is done correctly!!!

Nothing but problems with the washer install. The guys damaged a door frame hooked up the washer hose with a zip tie. When I called BB I get the run around.

Left my washer completely unlevel. Also disengaged my dryer vent and was going to leave that as well.

It was nice to have the item delivered, but they would not take the old washer or even hook up the new water lines. Very disappointing. I guess it is good they delivered it. Really no other options

Delivery and installation was to be done between 9 AM and 1 PM, they arrived at 4:20 PM. When disconnecting the water hose technician did not care enough to properly turn the water off and watch out for the water still in the hose, made a mess of my laundry room, came up with a story that my faucet was not properly working which was dismissed by the other delivery person, and did everything he could to not install the washer, I ended up doing it myself.

Very disappointed with the installation, didn't level the washer period,and one of the hoses didn't get fully tighted and leaked all over the floor

First one - guy was rude and hooked up the washer lines backwards Second - unit was damaged Third - guys did a good job

The washer is amazing. Installation and customer service some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. Would not purchase another appliance from Best Buy again.

The lead installer started to drag the old washer and pedestal across my tile floor without concern to My flooring. I asked him to wait so I could spray windex to help the slide process. He was very impatient. The original installer with the first washer was where I got the solution of helping the washer not damage the flooring. He broke the water turn off and was refusing to leave washer unless it was hooked up to hoses. So he linked the hoses so they wouldn’t spray water since the cold turn off was broken. It was a terrible installation.

Finally ordered a washer and dryer for my house! First appointment was cancel the day before, no big deal. Second time they finally made it and installed the washer and dryer quickly. They were in and out in 15 min, started a quick wash on the washer and took-off. Another 15 min later I check on the washer and I find a giant puddle under the washer. I call the installers back but they tell me to call Best Buy to request a new washer. This is pretty disappointing after waiting well over a month, just to wait again since the washer isn't usable. I'll probably try another store in the future.

Technicians were very polite. They also seemed very rushed and in a hurry. They also connected the hot water line to the cold and cold to hot. NOT ACCEPTABLE!

Was delivered, hoses attached, plugged in, turned on by delivery man, but never balanced.

The delivery time was changed then the wrong part was brought and had to reschedule twice so it was total of three times to reschedule for my washer and dryer installation horrible service

Came and installed quickly. When I asked if it needed leveling, I was told no. I later had to level it myself to correct a spin cycle issue.

Same guys that couldn't finish dryer install messed up washer install. They connected the hot to the cold and cold to the hot. Very clearly labelled and color coded and they still messed it up.

The installers came promptly However machine was installed incorrectly and got stuck on very first wash To date the issue was not corrected I have washing machine full of wet clothes that I cannot even open
