Best Buy should be ashamed that they use these guys to deliver and install my Washer/Dryer. First they ruined my rugs by spilling water from both the washer they delivered and the washer they hauled away. Between the water and their dirty shoes my carpets are stained everywhere. Additionally, they were unable to install the cold water hose plus were not able to change the old dryer gas hose. Discusted with the whole BEST BUY EXPERIENCE.

Ordered washer and dryer, and included fitting with all recommended paid for "extras" to allow fitting. Washer arrived without any hoses for connecting it to water supply. Meaning that it could not be fitted fully. Having to purchase these myself independently and finish the fitting myself. Delivery driver(s) where polite and apologized, though nothing they could do... please note that the review is not about the delivery drivers capability to fit the equipment as they remained professional and polite throughout. Review is about the missing parts needed to complete the fitting.

I had to reschedule the installation from the original date due to the drip pan being too small. The actual install date was a horrible experience. The installation team was rude and basically tried to convince me not to call in about a missing part that should have been included with the washer. I told them that I paid a lot of money for the machine and I expect for all the parts to be included. It was just an overall horrible experience and if I had to do it all over again, I would opt out of this service based on the experience.

Horrible delivery and installation service. 2 guys with an Enterprise rent a truck and no tools. Claimed they could not install the washer and that the existing old washer and dryer were too hard to get out of my house. They refused to remove and haul them away. They installed the dryer and left. I had to hire someone to finish the washer installation and to haul away the old appliances. All of that was supposed to come free with my Total Tech Support account. I called Best Buy to report it. They were rude and have not called me back. I will continue to follow up.

Installation team dropped off washer in carport, took pictures and said they will be back by 4PM to install. Never showed back and no phone call. Called Best Buy and after many transfers of people on the phone, I was told I had to make another appointment. The only appointment was days later. Not Good. Not To Trust Their Word Spoken!! The product is good and packaged well to prevent damage during transport.

I've never had trouble with Best Buy installation before--but this was a disaster. First, they never checked to see if there was any leakage after setting it up! There was. In fact, our laundry room was flooded. When I called and demanded they come back and fix it, I was told the earliest appointment was in ONE WEEK!!! I had to pay someone to come in and fix the problem they created!

I was very disappointed because the gentlemen delivering the washing machine said that they were not installing the machine even though I had the paperwork showing that an installation was ordered. I don't believe it was the delivery people's fault as they were following the notes in their palm pilot thing, however, having to deal without a washer for several weeks, it was not what I wanted to hear. I did go back to the Best Buy I bought the machine from and the gentleman that sold me the washer did reschedule a new install date for me.

The washer installation didn’t happen. Delivery guy spent 2 minutes in our laundry and said they couldn’t install because of a leaking water line. They left the new washer and wouldn’t take the old. Funny thing is after they left I turned off all the water lines and guess what NO LEAKS! I installed the new washer alone and it took 2 calls to get someone out to take the old washer. Delivery drivers also dented new washer and wouldn’t do anything about it. Overall rude and didn’t want to do any work. Total waste of time.

Dropped a cap down the drain and said figure it out we wont pay for a plumber to unclog the drain.

Installers could not figure out how to attach the riser to the washin* machine. Had the washing machine completely upside down out the street for about a half hour before giving up. They told us to decline delivery which we did. They wanted us to reorder with a delivery date over 6 weeks out. Went to Warner-Stellian and had the same washer delivered 3 days later. Will not be shopping Best Buy going forward. They really did not seem to want our business.

The appointment was already drawn out. Had to wait 3 days for delivery. After waiting they missed the delivery. Had to reschedule. Waited another 3 days. They did install. Washer was leaking after install. Had to schedule another appointment. Waited another 3 days. Installers returned to find the washer defective. Had to schedule another appointment. Waited another 3 days. Installers returned with a different washer, installed and finally completed. Service was free (plus purchasing hoses) I really didn't feel I got what I paid for.

The tech did not install my new washer because he said there was rust on the existing water line hookup hoses from the old washer and stated that he didn't want to try to take those off in case they broke he was not responsible so I was responsible of taking off the hoses which came off really easy he didn't even try

This is the worst service I ever had I still haven’t been taken care of all customer service tells you anything to get off the line that the delivery Team busted my pipes I’m still waiting on my reimbursement I hope someone from corporate management is watching these reviews because I have been treated horrible

Absolutely horrible. I'll never buy an appliance from Best Buy again. First delivery guy installed the washer and pedestal. The washer was tripping the breaker. No big deal. Things happen. 2nd guy with new washer came to install and said he couldn't do the pedestal, it was missing parts.. Multiple calls and my elderly mom extremely frustrated two more techs came out. Said she was missing the install kit. What? I installed it myself in 10 minutes. Never again will my mom nor I purchase appliances from Best Buy..

Guys delivered saw they might have to lift and move some stuff around they IMMMEDIATLY stated they needed a plumber... ( way my set up is dryer/washing machine)... Had to install the washing machine and had little room because next to hit water heater)..... They wanted me to call a Pvt plumber,( now understand why free install) disconnect the dryer, pull it out JUST so they can roll it in hook up two hoses.... Instructed them to leave the dryer and had to re-schedule while re-install but "fixed"all the plumbing problems prior to coming back... TOTAL NIGHTMARE!!!!! Had a washing machine sitting in my basement for 5 days... Always use the excuse "outside contractor"....

Took3 visits before installed . So much aggravation . I was ready to have them return it.Will not be buying an appliance there anytime in the future

put in on wrong side of dryer and put in new parts that we already had and charged us for new ones.

There was no installation !!! When they got here the person that delivered the washer refuses to install it, saying there is water in the washer. I did not know there is a warning signal in any washer that tell you not to use it. It is like "do not make me work I am about to take a poop on you and leave the water in it". Very disappointing, but the sales department was great. Had to go buy a hand truck to move the washer in position myself and hire someone to install it. Will not buy any big item from best buy again. Rating is less than one star.

Arrived late, very rushed as they had several other deliveries and it was already past 6 pm, Didn’t leave any applicable manuals or anything else for the washer. Think that I might have gotten a floor model or returned item. Looks new but there was no new unit documents and they didn’t remove any carton before bringing it in the house. Then to add insult to injury he asked to use the restroom and took a 10 minute dump and it was nearly 2 hours before we could use the restroom.

The washer was not installed correctly. The install instructions said to level and lock nuts in place. That was only one of many errors. Be careful and read your installation instruction do not depend on the installers
