Guys could not install washer pedestal…said would not fit. Never looked at directions…had to call and reschedule. Customer service looked up info and said it would fit if properly Installed…new guys still tried to get out it. Lucky it still works after they slammed it around in the garage careously!!!

It took three times to come and install reason being the were forgetting things like the stacking kit then next week was the wrong size stacking kit. After the third mistake we ended up installing ourselves.(important part*** they only deliver on Wednesday’s so had to wait 3 weeks because of the mistakes.I will say employees were very polite and apologetic. For the mistakes that were made even though it was not their fault. They seem like they higher a capable installation staff if only they would just have some competent employees who process orders and load the truck.

Guys who installed the washer left the user manual inside when they did the test run! What a mess!!

First install.....Installer did not go over anything with me. LOL probably because it didn't work in the first place. The next day I go to use the washer and water did not enter the washer. After talking to someone in India and trying to talk to someone at the local store I had to go to the store to get someone to come back to the house to look at the washer, 2 weeks later. Second visit 2 weeks later, yes the washer doesn't work. Also at this point no more washers in stock. Next shipment in 4-5 weeks. I had Best buy pick up the washer!

Best Buy over scheduled and my installers were 2 hours late with no compensation. They also skipped over 3 customers just to install my washing machine because I could not remain home many hours after the scheduled 4 hour window.

There needed to be some work done to the water fittings before the washer could be installed. Even though I did get the Handyman out that day to make the needed repairs, when I called to have them come back to install my washer, I was told that no one would be available for at least 3 more days. So, my brand new washer was sitting out on my patio and surely would have been stolen. I had to pay my Handyman to remove my old washer and bring in and install the new washer. All in all, not pleased at all with this service.

What's up with BB's interface with their third party installers? I've now had 3 appointments for this one item, and it's never gone well. Either the crew shows up without the appliance or without the installation. Getting through to BB to coordinate has been impossible. I would NEVER buy from BB again.

Washer was an "Open Box." It was installed and would not work. When I asked for a replacement (Same brand/model) I was told that would be hundreds of dollars more because what I bought was an open box item. I was unaware that "open box" means that it is broken! Quite the revelation!

It was not a good experience at all. I didn’t know the process was going to be so hectic. They would not help you move anything. You have to move everything by yourself but they will give you all the tools to do so. So my mom and I had to undo the stove and move it and move the dryer while the guys are watching us struggle. At one point before we moved the stove the guy left and the installation company called and said they couldn’t install it and I ask why and it was because the guy called them and told them they couldn’t. He didn’t even say anything to me or give me time to move anything. Not a good experience.

Quality fell with the washer installation. Despite the test run, the machine was not leveled properly and drum sufficely is noisy. Best But ws very responsive to fix the problem.

It took two months for my washing machine to be delivered. Once it finally arrived, the installation was fast and professional.

the washer is already broken. even though I bought extended warranty and $200 service with best buy, best buy could not help. They told me that they were in a lawsuit with maytag/whirlpool and whirlpool does not allow best buy reps to look at or work on maytag/whirlpool machines. So, now I have to go through whirlpool, on hold for a long time, hoping to get a resolution.

In addition to destroying my brand new dryer, the installers didn’t follow the directions to install the water lines correctly to the washer. The directions clearly state HAND TIGHTEN and then 1/4 turn with a wrench. Instead they tightened the water lines with a wrench like they are lug nuts on a car wheel. In the process of over tightening the lines they shredded the metal connections leaving numerous razor-sharp burrs sticking out, which I found as I was checking for leaks and sliced by thumb open. Thanks for the quality installation contractors Best Buy.

I was disappointed with my install because the installers did not provide enough vent tubing to connect the dryer to the vent. The tubing pops off when I move the dryer forward. I have Geek Squad coming back to provide a longer tube.

I only had them install the washer because I did not already have the fill hoses. If you already have those, don't bother. They were so rushed and sloppy, I could not wait to get rid of them.

The installers hooked the cables to the wrong faucets. Ruined my first washes. I called and the a week later 2 men that spoke very little English came. It was very difficult communicating. In fact I had to find them as they left not understanding me. I called to complain and got the dispatcher who was supposed to have the supervisor call me. I’m still waiting 2 weeks later. I was very dissatisfied with everything. There is no one to correct mistakes !! No one showed me how to work the machine. I’m not sure I’m doing it correctly yet.

installers set up stacked washer and dryer on Wednesday left in middle if bathroom. Didn't advise the units wouldn't fit in cabinet. They scard my stairs railing putting a 1" goug and said nothing about their damage. They scratched the sides of the new units. A 2nd crew had to come back Saturday. To get unit in closet. They said first indtaller hooked up wrong with no seal tape on vent. 2nd crew pinched vent. Had to buy a second one but they came back and corrected. They were good and honest. The first installer was terrible.

The hot and cold water was hooked up backwards and they didn't make sure that it was operating properly. I'm not sue that they leveled it.

The worst. Scheduled 7am-11am. Never showed but kept giving me different arrival dates. Repeatedly called and told around 4 that I guess I shouldn’t expect anyone this late. Randomly showed up a few days later and claimed they could only install the dryer. They hooked the wires up to the machine backwards. Had a whirlpool rep out weeks later who repaired it. Horrible service and possible damage to my machine

There was a lot of confusion with the delivery. the 1st time they tried to deliver an "Open Box" unit. though we bought new. the 2nd attempt they only brought the hoses in a box truck from 20 - 30 miles away. Finally got it right the third time. with the help of the customer service person who followed all weekend till we got deilvery.
