The installers were not very knowledgeable or equipped,they did not bring proper hose for draining and had to drill holes in my laundry sink as a result..

Did not level machine. Did not wait and let a cycle run. They were in a hurry. Don't waste your money.

The delivery was scheduled (leading to longer-than-usual lead time) to accommodate a narrow driveway. The salesman said they would come in a pickup truck and set a specific window of time when the truck would be available. On the scheduled delivery date, I got a call at the end of the window of time stating that the driver didn’t bring the proper truck and so would not deliver. Incompetence. I cancelled the order and going somewhere else.

Not only did the installers IGNORE my request to please pull the washer out away from the wall first, so I could verify that there was no leak in the hose, but they crimped the hose when they pushed the washer against the wall, which put a hole in the hose. This hole was not detected until we ran our first load, and then our laundry room, ceiling and kitchen below were flooded. Best Buy install did NOT stand behind their name, insisting it was our fault for not checking the hose to begin with. WILL NEVER use Best Buy installers again .... BEWARE!!!

We purchased all the required hoses and connectors, but they claim we needed to purchase from them. Not very organized as the paperwork states we had already purchased the items. Need additional training.

The deliver guy wasn't able to install my dishwasher he said I need a special wire. So now it's just sitting.

Tried to talk me out of installing the new gas line dryer vent and hoses they make u purchase and got an attitude cause I said I want all the new things installed

Took the day off for them to re install my dish washer bc its falling iut of the wall. I had a 12 hour window. Service man comes and he’s the wrong one. He was for a washing machime not a dishwasher. He told me he would be right back and have me connected to customer service. Well … he left!!!! Day off for incompetent people !!! So i lost a days pay for nothing !!!

Really lousy delivery/installation service. They did not install neither the washer or the dryer and left both items in the backyard where I can possibly get wet from the rain, stating that they would come back to install it later on today but now they're saying they can't return until next Thursday. Today is only Saturday so my product will sit outside for almost a week possibly under the rain. Not keeping products requested a return and a pick up immediately. Don't want to be responsible for it. And the inconvenience of staying home from work for nothing.

Delivery and installation is not what it used to be. you would think being a Best Buy member and selecting INSTALLATION AND DELIVERY means they will actually install it. Nope! Since it is a stackable AND I had the dryer off and disconnected they would help re-stack. Nope! Even though I asked at the store to confirm they would help me. Guess no more big box stores for the next appliance purchase.

The first washer installer didn't install the drain hose . It was attached to the washer. Of course it caused a huge flood. I had tried so many times to contact Best Buy and your insurance company. I was ignored. No one everrrrrr took care of me. I would still love to speak to someone in charge of that department.

Delivery agent missed a major fault code during set up. Door lock does not function properly and the 3rd party delivery agent did not report it...left the machine in an none functional condition

I have not seen such incompetent and arrogant staff delivery from Best Buy. I have purchased a washer and a dryer every two years since I own multiple homes. Washer is not working right now for delicates.

Delivery was scheduled, but cancelled without notification. Second try resulted in a laundry room full of water from a faulty machine. Third installation was incomplete and unprofessional.

Washer wasn't properly balanced. Blocked water faucets. Now washer slides from it's fixed location and vibrates on spin cycle.

I give them one star cause they literally came to my home that I purchased I was only in my house for an hour before the dude broke my pipe to my washer off in flooded my home I was so mad then he turn around an got an attitude with me when he broke my stuff never again will I get an install with Best Buy

Washer was installed today. Technician ran the initialization cycle and left. When I checked the washer after the cycle was completed I was surprised to see water still in the machine. I ran quick cycle hoping that would drain the water and resolve the issue. Now the door lock is on and I can not open it. I have run another quick cycle without any diffrence.

They were terrible. Had to have them come out twice and they broke the door

Your installer (nice guy) would not touch our water valve. He explained that if it shows any rust the company policy doesn't allow them to work on it. I get it, but who doesn't have an old rusty valve when you're replacing an old machine? Never the less, nice guy but I would have preferred the store salesman would have told us about the company policy and I would have had a plumber replace the older valve before deliver of my new washer was made...

Have had many installs by Best Buy that went great, but this is the first that went really bad. Three different of delivery people and installers over a 3 week period and none of them were familiar with GE washer/dryers. Best Buy Geek Squad and delivery managers helped get us taken care of thankfully, but in the end we ourselves had to reinstall the dryer hose connection and fix the stack kit correctly. Pacific Home store personal were very helpful as well They tried very hard to get it done. Still love Best Buy and will use their installers!
