The install was quick. They did damage my wall And did not tell me.

After so many no shows and cancellations, the two jokers who eventually showed up did $2,000 of damage to our brand new LVP floor because they failed to install the feet on the pedestals and dragged both the washer and dryer across the floor. They eventually reimbursed us, but that was like pulling too. Avoid Best Buy’s contract installer, Pilot Delivers, like the plague. So much stress and expense, I wouldn’t do it over if the items were free.

The installers refused to raise the washer up using the feet, even though we said we knew it needed to be raised because, if not, the drum bumps the floor when washing a heavy load. We had that issue with the first washer! They said that they are instructed not to raise the feet! Well, yet again, the washer made the noise. I called LG and was told that raising the feet is perfectly acceptable! So, yet again, we had to raise the feet ourselves to prevent a loud banging noise.

Wouldn't install because they said I had corrasion on my lines. Told me I had to replace my lines. Then told me they wouldn't take my old washer or dryer because they weren't installing the new ones. Even though I paid for removal. Told me when the lines were replaced I could call and someone would be out the next day to install. Well that was a lie. I ended up installing myself because I couldn't wait another week for them to come out.

Order #1121148988051 Very unsatisfactory experience. June 1 Delivery and Install wasn't completed because the lead installer falsely claimed that our hot water supply valve was corroded and leaking. June 7 re-Delivery and Install was completed, by the same crew. Afterward we discovered that they hooked up the hot/cold water supply hoses backward. We corrected that ourselves. Both Delivery/Installs were by third party God's Eye Transport LLC.

The washer that I purchased was not installed properly, it leaks from somewhere. Most likely it was tested before leaving the manufacturing facility. It can only mean the installation was not done correctly. I stayed at home to wait for a repair technician, that never showed up. This may be the last time I buy anything from Bestbuy.

They installed it for us but my husband had to undo everything so we could put it up on the pedestal, he was no happy about this.

While they arrived on time the washer was not installed due to a connection issue. The young man did not take pictures etc to assist the store or next tech as to what to do about washer or dryer which would subsequently have another issue. I ended up having to pay a plumber for the installations on both. The second tech who came another day to install the dryer was definitely more helpful and explained about the installation problems.

Geek squad is a joke! Don't pay extra for these incompetent people. Get a professional to install. I have had the geek squad at my house twice just to level my washer and it still about shakes my house apart when it spins out! I have to hire someone to come in and do the job right and pay extra!!! This doesn't even count the foot long scratch they put on the side of my new refrigerator and then tried pushing it back as if nothing happened. NEVER again!!!

Installers need better tools and instructions for removing old fixtures when installing.

I still have not received my replacement washer that this installation was supposed to be for. My washer that was delivered on 9/7/21 is not working at all! I have been waiting for a replacement… When will you deliver my replacement washer? Your delivery personnel are very poor with communication on this matter! They keep saying they will get back to me and then never call me back! PLEASE help me get a replacement washer!

Didn’t show for the guest appointment even after confirming that sane day. Showed up late for the 2nd appointment.

Unsatisfied. Purchased washer & dryer with pedastals. 2nd pedastal came in a separate shipment. Delivery guys refused to install the pedastal. My 120lb daughter still cannot lift the unit on the pedastal. Ridiculous!! I will think twice before doing business with Best Buy again.

The installers showed up a half hour after the 4 hour window, They did not even call and when I called Best Buy they couldnt give me a status on what was going on. When the installers got there, they first dropped the washer and dryer on the street. then when they brought it to my apt they refused to move them into my laundry room unless i took my door off the hinges, even though both washer and dryer could fit through the door easily. they were ready to leave until i took the door down. This wasextrememly inconvenient and I felt as though I wasted a 5th of my day for no reason.

One week after install I had a flooded basement! Had to call a plumber and they stated that the valves where the washer was hooked up to were old and should have been replaced. He said the Install team should have noticed it was leaking and should not have installed with the old valves. Install team did not mention anything and said there were no issues with the install. I had a huge bill from the plumber and a huge mess!!! Get installers who know what they are doing!

The installers refused to level the washer. It does not work well if it is not level.

Still waiting for pedestals to be screwed down and washer and dryer to be put where I requested. Techs telling may they can’t then others telling me they can but the last tech took the tool and screws. It’s been a multi month process still not done. Manager won’t call me terrible service and I’m a total tech member

After 2 attempts to deliver the washer. The unit came severally damaged. I was out of a washer for 3 weeks, (I bought it the same day my washer stopped working) Best buy, only option was to refund, and they didn't make that washer anymore. Best Buy didn't make it right, so I purchased from ABT, Chicago

These installers need to be trained on installing new machines . They really had no clue how to install properly. In fact we had to get a second machine because the first guys installed it wrong. Second one same thing only we had to tell them what to do. They really didn’t want to listen either.

These guys will never be aloud back into my house. They took a knife and cut our brand new hoses that I had to pay for. I explained we were exchanging a set that walked across our floor so if he would run it through a spin cycle quick to make sure it worked I would appreciate it. He told me to call customer service that he wasn't staying. We didn't even make them hook up the dryer. They took our brand new hoses and dryer vent with them and left. We had to call to get them to come back. When I complained the sales lady was not surprised and did nothing. Not even an apology!!!
