They do not have extra parts and will not make any adjustments. They will hook it up but it may or may not be within the space you need. At least we didn't have tp bring it into the house.

I had many problems with Bestbuy. Several incorrect and missing information. Terrible experience.

Instaler didnt act like he knew what he was doing. Had to have them come back twice. Then my brother finnished putting it in.

Best Buy delivery arrived in the time frame indicated. When they got here the installer insisted that the washer and dryer would not fit in my laundry closet with the drip pan in place. I informed him multiple times that I had the pan specially built and installed and we triple measured. He continued to argue and said he would not install unless I removed the pan. I refused and told him to just leave it so my contractor could install. When my contractor was able to fit me into his schedule, he was able to install it with no adjustments to the pan. very frustrating.

Water hoses were connected to the incorrect hot/cold connections on the back of the washer.

The work order was to switch door, wasn't done prior to delivery. Installers behind schedule unable to do it. I didn't want to reschedule the process. Stumbled through it and did it myself.

Worst experience ever. They never showed up for this install even after confirming multiple times that they would. No one at customer service knew what happened or where the delivery team was. It’s been a 9 days since this has happened and multiple attempts to talk with a manager or someone for assistance, and I am still waiting for a call back. Don’t ever get anything delivered and installed from beat buy. THEY WONT SHOW UP!!!

Even we paid for the installation of Electrolux Washer, the installer appeared to be like drunk and just wanted to drop the washer refusing to install it. He was rude, aggressive and humiliate us by smashing my phone when I tried to make a picture of the truck number because he refused to provide his name. The phone glass got broken. Since August we had been contacting Best Buy Customer Service and Corporate Management, as Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc. as well. Our claim is not resolved yet. Awful service!!! We will not use Best Buy anymore!

The person that came could not install our machine because he said that it was leaking. Our maintenance person at my apartments did the installation.

The hook up was simple enough but if you have the hot water turned off the washing machine didn’t operate. It was a disappoint seeing as much of my laundry is done in cold water.

They brought it in, but "couldn't hook it up". They only have 6' long supply hoses and couldn't get longer ones, so I was left to go buy longer hoses and install everything myself.

The crew sent out to install came with no supplies. They expected a "plug and play" environment. older homes do not come with certain fittings and as such, they could not install the washer and dyer. Better off calling a plumber who would show up with the adequate supplies and parts that would allow them to pivot and complete the installation. After 2 tries with best buy installers, we did just that. I guess 3 times is a charm!!

They left it sitting in my garage stating it was too big to fit through my door even though they’re the ones who brought the last ones that fit right through the door easily had to pay Samsung $250 out of my pocket to get them to do Best Buy‘s job it was a horrible experience.

Apogee Delivery and Install is a terrible installation company. Best Buy needs to get rid of them and find a different company. Best Buy also needs to assume responsibility for the terrible job their outsourced companies do or I will not continue to shop there.

I had the in home adviser come and check out our laundry room. I explained what I wanted to do. Ultimately flip the washer and dryer as the new front load washer door opens to the left which would have been in the way to get into the dryer without flipping them. Adviser said installation would fit and if the drain hose was not long enough, the installers would have an extension. 1) Ultimately the installers do not have extensions for drain hoses 2) Best buy does not carry the extensions as they are not approved and do not want to be liable

I wouldn’t even give it one star if I didn’t have to. 2 washing machines and basement flooded both times. Installers have no clue. Plus nothing is being done after the damage that was caused. Great business Best Buy. I will never buy from them again

Washer was installed on the left of the washer and the doors open against each other. I can’t move clothes from the washer to the dryer. Also they were not pushed against the wall all the way so there is gap from all sides. Very ugly.

Put in basement that's all!! Wouldn't even put on GE PEDISTAL!! So no hook-up or leveling. Stated on line that installation on my PEDISTAL was included!!

install went very rapidly. Guy rushed in and out. The washer water does not get hot, ever. I guess I'd have to 'recommend' cause the darn thing's too heavy to move and install yourself.

Installer from Best Buy broke a water line into the house. Called a plumber and was told to submit the bill to Best Buy Insurance handlers. They sent instructions to send in for bill to paid. Sent in paperwork ,no response in 3 months. Called Best Buy again said they would get back to me,no response again.
