Delivery company didn't have the correct hand truck to get the machine down 2 flights of stairs without pounding at each step. I had to level the machine after the installation they had gone.

Terrible, no one explained that we had to clean out the old washer before the delivery team would install the new one. And because we didn't pay for disposal they watched as my husband removed the old washer by himself, then they just shoved it in the spot without leveling it or anything else. They were completely unprofessional.

Installers didn't understand the necessity to calibrate the machine, they didn't fully attach the stands to the machine and didn't put on the close out panels for the attaching hardware. They slid the assemblies across the vinyl floor tearing it. Been trying to get someone from Best Buy/Geek Squad to coordinate repairing the damage but I get a different number to call every time. Not pleased with the free service. I recommend paying a reputable appliance shop to complete the install.

The installers did not level the machine or position it properly. Vibration was terrible until I adjusted the leveling legs myself. They also forgot to turn the gas back on for the new dryer!

Best Buy failed to mention that they won’t install the dryer if you have a spring loaded valve. We had to pay a plumber 300 dollars to install a gas safe valve. We also could have installed it ourselves with the original valve, but they didn’t mention that to my wife. They just left us high and dry. As a Best Buy elite mention won’t be shopping her anymore.

Normally all is great with Best Buy. This time the drivers came to install a washer. They had no level to level the washer. I called ten minutes after they left (hoping I could get them back before they were too far away) with a shaking problem and water leak. They called me back 5 hours later and said they would return. Three hours after that they said if the washer was still leaking, call for a replacement. I found the hoses were reversed and redid the connections. No water was leaking on the next fill-up. I still have a vibration problem. Looking into that issue.

The hose that came with the washer is too short, had to use my old hose to connect to the sink.

After waiting several long weeks for our washer to be delivered, it finally was. Unfortunately, when the Geek Squad installed it, they messed something up. I noted a problem with the delicate cycle not running all the way to completion. It got stuck at 17 minutes remaining and kept the water running continuously. Eventually, I had a Geek Squad repair tech come out who diagnosed the installation problem and fixed it. Since then, no problem.

Hoses were not on tight causing the washer to flood and cause water damage to our home. Very sad

The delivery driver never set up the wifi connect and everytime I try it says try later

Best Buy came to do an installation they broke my valves and then changed it from an installation to drop off. I had to go back in the store where the customer service was substandard completely bad experience all around their insurance company is no help I would not recommend buying or having another appliance installed from Best Buy again.

Install sucked, discoloration on the valve so they refused to do it. I did it myself.

Bestbuy offered this service and it was included on my purchase receipt but the delivery crew stated "that is not my job" and carried the washer & dryer inside the front door, dropped it off and left. I moved and installed this myself which wasn't difficult but may not have been an option for some purchasers unable to do this themselves after Bestbuy promised it was part of the delivery during the sale.

The worst installation I've ever had. Took over 2 weeks to complete. On one of the attempted installation days no one showed up. No phone calls from Best Buy. NOTHING. The first washer that was installed had issues with he filler valve and filled up with water even when it wasn't turned on. First dryer was defective and had to be replaced as well. Worst experience of my life.

Delivery guys refuse to stack the dryer on top of the washer after setting it up and they use my cleaning product.

I purchased a washer specifically to go under a countertop and discussed the requirements with the sales person. When the washer was delivered, the technician said he was not allowed to install under a counter. Ended up having to call a plumber and paying $200 to hook it up. Very disappointing. We have been pleased with Best Buy in the past. This will make us rethink a purchase that requires installation from Best Buy in the future.

I paid to have the washer installed and it was not installed , i did not expect to install it myself otherwise i would not have paid for the service . Even though it took me maybe 20 minutes to install the washer , i really just did not want to do it after work . I reached out to best buy to ask why it was not installed but never got a reply not a phone call an explanation nothing or a refund . Just wrong .

Installation was not completed. techs came and said that 2 screws were missing in order to complete install. They left everything incomplete and bailed out. They came did not follow my instructions and then they dumped all the install hardware inside the dryer and left the dryer sitting in my bedroom. Worst ever DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY. Their service is the worst I have ever experienced in my entire life.

This was the worst experience! My washer was damaged and we agreed upon $170 to keep the damaged washer... then when it didn’t come, I asked for a new washer... they talked me into 25% refund, I was happy with that... then a supervisor said it shouldn’t have been done and now .... months later... I am returning the washer for a new one!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I will take my business elsewhere and tell everyone I know the ridiculous story

Washer installation service is terrible. As many other people noted product was delivered and staff said they could not hook up washer and just left stating they didn't want to be liable for any improper connections. Basically means they send people that are not properly qualified to install the units and pretend to offer this as a service.
