Incomplete! Not realize because, not having the right adapters for draining washer machine.

Installer was very friendly but did not make sure the drain hose was installed properly, had issues with it but after a frustrating process I was able to figure it out myself.

Placed the washer and did not even check to see if it is functioning and water is available or not.

Installation was quick and easy, but they didn't wipe the machine off and no one noticed the machine had a dent under the door. Had to do a return and replace.

its went out only hot water, my mom's husband checked and it was that they put the hoses wrong!!!

Ordered a washer to be installed. They installed a broken washer that never worked. Had to wait and be rescheduled for a new washer to be installed at least 4 times over the course of a month and sending washer to wrong address. Installer accused my wife of breaking the original one, stating she must of overloaded the washer (when she was unable to do any laundry at all). Replacement washer works well however customer service and installer needs help

If you already have pedastalls don't pay for installation you can do it yourself because even though I bought my pedastalls from best buy years ago they will NOT put your new washer or dryer on them they say its against their rules which is obsurd I'm lucky I'm not a single mother as my husband and friend had to lift washer and put it on the pedestalls so really I paid for best buy to attach a hose and plug it in Not happy with that at all!

They didn’t hook it up to the wall, and just left the vent hose lying against the wall, which I’m pretty sure is pretty dangerous for a gas dryer. I then called and complained and they sent someone else who said it was definitely done wrong but wanted to charge me 250$ more, so I just called my plumber since I had lost all faith in these people and he did it in 15 min.

Moments after the installers left I walked up to the machine and attempted to open the door. That’s when I realized it was really off balance.

Installer was unprofessional, bad attitude. I noticed the dryer vent duct had a large dent in it after they left because it was squashed by the dryer, which would have restricted airflow. When I pulled out the dryer to fix it I noticed the clamps holding it in place were also crooked and the duct wasn't even properly attached.

The washer machine was installed wrong and would cause loud noises every wash. Very unprofessional. Thankfully, we bought the geek squad warranty and they were able to fix it. However, if it were not repairable the only thing Best Buy would offer is exchange for new washer......how can I trust it to be installed right??! I feel as though a credit of some sort should be offered. I spend thousands of dollars on appliances. There is no excuse for them to be installed wrong!

Wrong dryer was delivered on Aug 9. Correct dryer was delayed until Aug 27, 2021. Poor communication between Best Buy sales at Springfield, VA and Quality Kitchen, Gaithersburg, MD. Had to pay $70 for Gas Permit that Best Buy should pay as Installer and have not yet received Permit. Sales people do not know product they are selling. I am 75, retired from Defense and had to make several calls without return call.

Best Buy should be avoided for all appliance removal, delivery, and installation services. They have been back to my house 3 times and now working on the fourth and fifth time. They will not properly install your appliances, will damage your new appliances, and will likely damage your home. The delivery personnel cannot be communicated with and the support staff are too far disconnected to handle any of it.

LG top loader washer is a workhorse. The installers were not as helpful. Few times telling me I need to install it myself. I need to remove a door that was not obstructing the path.

My scheduled appointment was between 2:00-4:00 pm on Saturday,they showed up at 1:50 which was great. They guy who came to my door,said he was here to deliver my washer BUT they don't install it and would I like them to come back another time with my washer. What I saw on my order was they install and test it to make sure it works before leaving. I guess you have to purchase geek squad protection for them to install it. Since I am handy,I installed it myself. They also left a little gift on my washer in the form of a ding.

"Installed" But Agent left before insuring that all is well after running the washing machine...water is LEAKING from under the washing machine. Have been on the phone for over an hour to get the agent BACK TO FIX!! Still being transferred...3x now! Unsat! This is a gift we purchased for our widowed sister in law in Ohio...we live in Calif.!

The installation was a joke. The installers said it was all set up and ready to go, I throw my first load of laundry in and the washer just starts throwing error codes and then I call and schedule a technician to come out and the best they can do is 4 days after the original installation. So not only did I have to take off work for them to install it but also couldn't come on the weekend to fix it and force me to take a second day off.

The drain valve on our washer was cut during installation. The technicians also reversed the hot and cold lines. They didn’t turn the machine on, let alone test it before they left. First load of laundry and water drained all over the floor. Spent more than two hours in the phone trying to get the problem fixed, which resulted in exchanging the machine. Of course the one we purchased was no longer available. The second installation went much better.

I had to have the item delivered redelivered because I had asked to be the last delivery so that I would not have to miss work. They showed up I was first. I missed them and it had to be rescheduled for a week later. Deliverer refused to remove old washer because he said my water pipes were rusty.
