I'm very unhappy with Best Buy products. Ordered appliances and they delivered wrong sizes.

The 3rd party installers never hooked up the new hoses I had paid for. When confronted they hooked up old used hoses and departed. They had left before i could inspect the work without speaking to me. I contacted Best Buy and got the new hoses but had to go to the store to get them when delivery was paid for.

They didn’t hook it up Just a total disappointment Can’t stress it enough

This only gets 1 star because I can’t do 0 stars. Non English speaking, did not know which appliance i which, hooked up wrong, not testes so it flooded my entire downstairs. Cannot get anyone to help me or get someone out to fix/replace I will NEVER EVER get anything else from this place and all my friends and family as well as social media will know what y’all did to me.

Crew was friendly and professional but they brought the wrong hose and weren’t able to install the washer. They suggested I buy the part separately (was supposed to be included) and install it myself (which I was trying to avoid). This ended up OK for me, but would have been unacceptable if I wasn’t able to lift/move/connect the appliance on my own.

The had my washer delivered three times, first time the bright me a returned one and they where two and a half hours late. The second one it looked like they roiled it thru the warehouse wasted my time because they where late too. The third time they messed up my wall. I have never had any problems with Best Buy so I was very surprised .

They didn’t know what they were doing. They unplugged the pipe and water was still going. Decided to tell my wife ( who can’t speak English fluently) to call a plumber because they don’t handle that! So you’re gonna screw up and leave me with another bill. When I got upset and said I will complain and bill back to best buy…. All of sudden they knew how to fix it. Lazy!!!!!!

The installers didn't install the washer correctly and also left scratches on my wall. They left before making sure everything worked correctly. About 10min later the washer had an E1 code. The hot and cold was installed wrong. (which now I have faded black clothes) They installed the hose on so tight that no one could get them off with out being scared they were going to break something.

The installers team that was sent dod not llete the installation and left the new uninstalled washing machine on the carpet im mr family room

They did not properly install & washing machine flooded basement. Thought they were supposed to run a cycle & check? I was on hold with Best Buy 800 number, three different time's for over 3 hours as you can't call stores anymore. Was very hard to try & get someone to come back, even working with store manager, he could not find phone number to call- very frustrating to say the least.

They did not install my washer machine properly - water flooded into my garage through the walls & also leaked into the basement. When I called Best Buy to tell them they told me "washer installation is free" and did not care at all - told me they would escalate & give me a call back, never heard back. Shocker.

The washing machine was installed as it should, however, the machine got dented on top. Machine worked fine just was visually unappealing. Called best buy and got 20% discount

Geek Squad installed my washer incorrectly. No cold water cycle. Wouldn't come out to look at installation because I didn't purchase an extended warranty. GE said warranty wouldn't cover service if it was installed incorrectly. Hired a plumber who said Geek Squad reversed the hot and cold water hoses. No apology or refund from Geek Squad/Best Buy for their failed installation.

Washer was not able to be installed. I wish they had a service to check out the home where delivery took place. I just assumed it would go into the place where the previous washer was. Needed special upgrades to plumbing

Delivery guys were in a hurry and not helpful at all, but the guys who came to pick up the existing washer were excellent and very helpful!!

During installation the installers broke our catch basin that the washing machine sits in case there was ever a leak. Not only didn't they bother to let me they broke when I contacted Best Buy they push you off to a third party that never did bother responding to my calls or emails. Now some 5 weeks later they have told me to get it repaired on my own and then they will pay be back the cost of the repair/replacement. Best Buy may have competitive prices, but in regards to service you get what you pay for.

Installer made a mistake to connect between from washer’s horse and Pipe line. So water flows all around my laundry room. And Installer said Pipe line plumbing was not good. But plumber checked everything was good. That means Installer wrong connection between washer and pipe line.

Very impressed. After instal the washer, they turned the machine for testing. They left without finish job. I check couple minutes later to see how it goes. Machine still running without water, so i called the technician and explaned. He said he forgot to turn the waster valve that attached on the wall... He ask me to turn on. While i was turning on, he hung up. I am very disappointed!

The delivery of my washer was an hour and a half past the 4 hour window provided. When the delivery finally arrived, the person did not install the washer. He did hook up the old hoses, but not the new ones I was required to buy. Then, he didn't even bother to plug the washer in! As I understand from a previous positive experience, the washer was supposed to be leveled and then filled to ensure hoses were attached properly and machine was level. On top of this non-installation, the person was very rude.

Timing was OK, but installer damaged my wall, and left the floor dirty.
