Washer never installed, tried twice for delivery and still no washer. Installers flooded my laundry room and left without installing. I will Never buy from Best Buy again...even mgmt at store were unconcerned. Have spent a lot of money with this store but never will go to one again.

The first was installed and was dented, installers would not take back had to go back to best buy. The second was delivered dented and was taken back. The third was not dented but the installers switched the hot and cold lines and I did not realize it until I did a cold wash and the clothes inside were warm when I added something. Had to switch lines myself

They came out but had a very hard time setting up the washer. The vibration was really bad on the washer. Never really solved the problem

Great, a little rough start with the set up but after they came back and did it correctly everything worked great.

The Technician didn't know how to fix or replace a stuck valve and just said to get a plumber to fix it. This necessitated a return install by a different team on a Saturday. I would have gladly paid extra to have that service on the same day.

I would like to give a zero. They didn't install it and rescheduled for the next day. They didn't show and rescheduled for the following Monday. Then they wouldn't put it on the old pedestal. They tried to take the pedestal and washer. They wouldn't remove it so kept the washer. Pd $25 to take washer and customer service is so bad didn't get refund. Spent hours on the phone.

The first installment was the worst! The tech didn’t notice one of the houses was damaged and water made a puddle around the machines, I had to call to have it fixed and they took a month before they could come in. However the second tech fixed it

The installer was very knowledgeable and very quick to install! Added plus he was also very friendly!

Our deliverymen left the shipping rod inside the unit and it created LOUD clanking noises. After reading around about our GE Combo Washer/Dryer, we found out this should have been removed during installation. Has anyone else had this issue and will the product be damaged now that we did a wash with the shipping rod in tact?

This was my 4th attempt to get my washing machine delivered and I still don’t have one. They never showed for the appointment. When I called I was then told they needed to reschedule!!! I canceled the order!! I will never purchase an application from BB again!!!

No show on first day. No phone call. Nothing. Just unprofessional. This is the SECOND time we have had this SAME issue with Best Buy Appliance delivery. Absolutely NO COMMUNICATION and they seem to not care. Second install attempt was done, but not correctly. The guy was obviously more interested in getting it done and didn't care if it was done right. Unprofessional all around! I spent HOURS on hold with Best Buy too. Not good!!!

First, the delivery came much later then the delivery window given to me. Finally, when the delivery people came, they were rushing me; even though, they came late. Did not let me ask questions, I wanted to ask. Horrible service. Did not perform all the functions and duties as indicated in the delivery description on bestbuy.com. Did not perform the full washing cycle as described in the Best Buy installation. Very disappointed.

Wasn’t happy with the service at all. I paid for installation and when it arrived the service person said that the building didn’t allow them to touch the sink because if it leaks they’ll be held responsible. Didn’t even haul away the old unit.

They came to my house, said they never saw nothing like it before, and did not install it. I had to install this myself, so I basically just wasted my money. DONT GET INSTALLATION. Its just a driver and a mover who had no idea how to connect 2 water hoses to 2 spickets or plug in a plug to an outlet.

The geek squad installed the water intake hose in reverse order, ie. hot water in on the cold water tap and hot water intake on the cold water tap. Ran a color load and my clothes were totally and utterly destroyed. Googled the issue and reversed the water intake hoses. No problem now. The least the Best Buy can do it compensate me for my damaged clothes and refund the installation.

Had my dryer and washer delivered but driver wouldn't install because of how my pipes looked and the dryer vent hook-up that was included wasn't the right size. He wouldn't use the existing hook-up because of the material it was made of. Ended up calling a handyman service to install with existing pipe and vent hook-up. Disappointing, but Best Buy compensated me for my inconvenience so they stand behind their customer service satisfaction guarantee.

We had to install it ourselves. The techs told my husband they would be back if he got the old hose off. After he got the hoses off theybsaid he would need to make an appt for the following week.

The worst experience I have had until now when I shop something. They delivered without installation, even don't know the fact that they have to install it. When I call to best buy to request installation, they dumped me on other department again and again, so I had to hold a phone for over one hours, and the phone call was hang up but they never call me back and the problem is not solved yet . I am very disappoined with bestbuy's worst service!!

The party who dropped off and was meant to install the unit refused to do so because my "valves were frozen", or in other words would not shut off. They rotated the valve knib 180° when they only shut off at a 90° angle to the flow. Shut-off worked fine as I had to perform the installation myself, I think they rotated the valves further in order to not have to do the installation.

They do the very minimum to hook the machine up and test it. Better off doing it yourself.
