did not install just gave hose, no instruction. We are busy in eldercare and needed help!

The washer was not installed. The delivery staff stated my connections are too old and will need a plumber to do the connections. I requested for refund of my washer and dryer installation together with my microwave and have not received the refund. Can I please get my refund. Thanks.

Hot and cold hoses reversed by installer. Geek Squad was required to find problem and make correxrection.

The staff was not very trained. The person was busy on the phone. He was very rough with the installation. I was worried about how the technician was in a rush and casually handling the machine and the copper pipes. I would still recommend the service but the staff needs to be properly trained.

The deliver guys dropped the machine and caused severe scratching and denting. Installed it without a word. My husband pointed it out and received an explanation and apology. Told we could keep it and use it until we could have a new machine delivered. A month later and no word, call or resolution. Not impressed. Too much money spent for this lack of service.

Worst experience ever. First of all a wrong product supplied and installer are a step ahead. They give you long appointments and then have several reasons like we are not paid well by Best Buy, need more people etc. etc. for not doing the job.

Well there were old cable connected to the washer but the installer stated that he could not remove it. My washer still isn’t working properly and the water isn’t draining. I hate that I paid for the service but the most important part was not completed.

If I could give 0 stars I would, worst customer service experience I have ever had. I have been waiting to speak to somebody in management about this for over a month and still have not heard back.

They hooked up the new washed very fast. They seemed to be in more of a hurry then caring about their work quality. I had to tell them to use a part that came with our washer for the tubes. They were planning on not using it and using zip ties instead. They pulled the tubes out and let the water go all over my pergola floors. Didn’t even offer to clean it up. I had to clean up their mess.

The guys came 2 1/2 hours later than my 12-6 time slot. Also, thank God I quickly noticed that my cold water load felt warm and investigated. They hooked my cold water line to the HOT water and hot to the COLD side. Luckily my delicate cold water wash clothes weren’t ruined. Then when my husband switched them everything started leaking on us. Now I have plumbing issues. Ugh!!!

It didn't seem like the installers knew what they were doing and I was very unhappy with the customer services after the install.

They installed it wrong so I had flooded kitchen and laundry area plus garage

Very bummed. They charged me for installing but when they arrived they said where the hook ups were they could not install washer or drier and never refunded me for the install fee for either washer or drier. I paid a Plummer to come out and he had no problem installing. Where’s my refund go?

The delivery men were ready to leave my washer outside. They refused to take it down to the basement where the washer and dryer hook up was located. They did let me know if I got it down there they would come back to install it. They kept their word and came back to install it after I had to pay someone else to carry it to the basement. I was not satisfied initial.

Did not have stacking kit, delaying installation. Then next crew did not know how to install the dryer and left without connecting all the hoses and toning on the water to the washing machine. They were unfailingly polite, just not effective.

Stayed at home all day waiting for Geek Squad to come and install the washer and dryer when the install was supposed to be done in the morning. Several phone calls later and at the end of the day they said they couldn't make it even after they told me they were on their way. Worst customer service ever and highly disappointed in the whole process. Never again!

The installers didn't make sure the washer worked properly first before they left. Prompt service for 2nd installation for replacement washer

The professional installers refused to disconnect the old water lines and attach the new stainless steel ones i bought. They literally put the washer down in my basement, took away the old one, and did nothing else.

Horrible service! Constant mix ups. Get it together. Worst experience ever. Will never purchase from Best Buy again after this event. Item showed up dented. Has taken over 2 months and two visits with the wrong Appliance and they still haven't got it right. Lack of ownership and follow-up.

Delivered without stacking kit. Took a week for stacking kit but no installation as we were told. Install would have been another week but had to do laundry so we did installed it ourselves and it was awful.
